I wouldnt go anywhere else. old school prices for a clean and professional service. always a pleasure to chat with the guys, in fact, im somebody who suffers with extremely high anxiety and I always feel at ease here. i am very surprised to see any less than a 4 stars rating for safias, also as a single dad I've always taken my children too and I know they're safe whilst I'm sat in the chair and they've even cut my children's hair at times with no fuss. Good couple of blokes.

All these people moaning about the cost. It’s £6 or £8 you go across the road to Stephen’s it’s £12 to £15. What do you expect this is a short back and sides barber. You obviously went because of cost go and spend your cash elsewhere. It’s unfair you leaving this guy bad feedback!!

Cool open air barber installation in the middle of the Centre walkway. Great looking facilities, clean and modern looking. The team are great and you do get cool looks while get a trim and cut

Cheap but just very rapid and little attention to detail.

Conversation was all one way - he didn't listen to anything

I won't return

Please avoid at all costs, yes he is charming and the price is good but the way he cut my 9yr old son’s hair today was atrocious! Firstly he was very rough and kept shoving his head side to side and down very roughly. He also used this awful brush that was spiking and hurting my son as he was brushing the access hair off him. He did a trendy line that my son wanted but he shaved off half his eyebrow in the process! My son walked out of there with tears streaming down his face as it was torture.

The barber was very abrupt and rushed. I tried to explain what my son wanted and show him and he kept saying " I know! " and ushering me to the side seats. Well considering he's never cut my youngs sons hair how would he know?? The cut it self was ok, but he was very rough with the clippers. Not a place to take children. When finished he told my son to move out of the chair quickly, for his next customer before I could even brush all the hair from my sons neck and shoulders because he wanted to finish the last customer and go home! It was 2.30 pm in the school holidays. When I politely asked about the price being £10 and the board outside said £8, he said that was an old pre covid price ( why was it saying that then from 4 years ago and has not been changed???) We won't be returning.

Used this guy on Sunday to cut my 9 year old son's hair. The man clearly only knows how to literally clipper hair. My son is not only left with an atrocious grade one around the side and what can only be described as a bowl cut around the top (after being extremely clear and stating the grades I wanted), but the man was so rough that my beautiful child (whom has been used to having his hair cut for 8 years) was in tears. He tried to be brave but the man was just unbelievable.
I would NEVER go there again, and I will make sure that no child - or anyone else for that matter have to go through such a shambolic, and quite frankly fraudulent experience.

I was getting tired of paying £15 at my local hairdressers so decided to give this place a go who boast about their £6 haircuts. I was rather weary at first because a lot was at stake, I had a new years eve party to go to and I had a date two days later. Regardless I took the risk anyway.

When he sat me down in the chair I did what anyone else would do and showed him a picture (As seen below)
B&W Picture: What I showed him
Colour Picture: What he saw

Straight off the bat he said it will be £10 for a skin fade, so there goes their boasted £6 haircuts however I proceeded regardless. He then gets the hedge cutters out and starts chopping away. In disbelief I notice that the left half of my fringe is missing and franticly start to think as to why he has done this. I send a text to my mother to wait for me in the car as I fear things could get ugly.

After he was done throwing swords at my head I asked the Italian man why the left side of my fringe had disappeared and he simply replied "You wanted cow lick". If I wanted a cow lick then I would of asked for one. As a gentleman I told him I would pay but would not be coming back here again and was outraged.

I am not trying to ruin a business but I strongly recommend they go by what a picture shows and what the customer is says, because I can assure you, I did utter the words "cow lick"

My 9 year old son had a terrible experience here. He wanted a trim and came away with short hair which was not cut properly, He had long strands which i had to trim up.
We explained to the man what my son wanted but he went ahead and did what he thought best. Along with being to quick and rough with my son. Either communication barriers or just plain rudeness.
My son also ended up with a sore red mark along his neckline. Not child friendly at all. I will never return to this place again. My son was in tears. I would attach a photo but it is not an option on here.

Absolutely dreadful! Not sure why we came back but the guy just does what he wants and doesnt listen to what you want. Ended up completely shaving all my childs hair off when I asked for scissors on top. He said "no too much hair here" and preceded to clipper off the top. Um that's not what I wanted !!!!! I know it's only hair and it will grow back but we are due to have a baby soon and I can already imagine what the photos are going to be like. Then I asked for a trim for my 3 year old. Everything was going ok till he got the clippers out. Of course he screamed cuz he hates them ! 2 messy hair cuts. £18 later

I asked for a one all over as I would at my usual place (unfortunately they were closed) and it turned into a zero all over and a cut to my neck that he was hastily trying to patch up. I reluctantly gave him the £8 he asked for but I’ll definitely never return.
