Jag Singh was the sales executive that I spoke to about purchasing my new car and he was absolutely amazing. There were a couple bits that needed attention on the service which they put right for me. Jag was brilliant he kept me up to date with what was happening with my car, where it was and the work they were doing. While this was going on Jag even sorted out a temporary car for me to use to get to work until mine was ready. Amazing service highly recommend. Thank you Jag.

We went to Suzuki to check out the Swift. We were met by Jag who was so helpful, knowledgeable and really took notice of what I wanted and needed from a car. He matched me up with an Ignis which is not what id gone to look at but was perfect for me. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Went into the dealership looking to potentially get a new addition to my current Swift SZ4 and was greeted by Jag who talked me through the options. I already knew the car that I wanted but due to the new options not offering me what I wanted, so had to looked for used. It's not often you find a used car in the exact model and specification you want. Add in the perfect age, colour and mileage with a local main dealer and the satisfaction level is on a par with a new car purchase.
My recent good fortune continued when I met Peter Fowler at Richmond Cars (Suzuki) in Fareham. The entire process of agreeing a trade-in valuation, a test drive of a Vitara and the subsequent paperwork went like clockwork. Peter's product knowledge answered all my questions and his friendly, professional manner throughout the entire process was first rate - hence my 5-star rating.
