It was so nice to discover their little patio for a quick bite on a lovely day. My sandwich was delightfully cheesy and tasty. Portion was ample. Too bad I didn't have room for dessert.

My husband and I stopped here for late lunch. Staff are all friendly and warm welcoming. Small dinning area but enough to enjoy 😉 and also available garden seating. My husband had a ham and chess croissant 🥐 it was very nice. And salad 🥗 is worth to pay. Lovely !!! And they have chocolate pistachio cake 🍰 it’s not really sweat, and tasty great! You should try. When is nice weather we may Come back.

Lovely cafe. Friendly, laid back ambience and very dog friendly. The outside seating area was really nice on a warm day like today. Will definitely return for lunch soon, the baguettes looked delicious!

I have been frequenting this establishment for many years now and honestly it hasn’t changed. I consistently receive great service, from eager happy members of staff. The owner greets his customers in French to add for a more authentic service and the food never fails to disappoint. Despite its increasing popularity the staff have managed to adapt and overcome to avoid any issues with seating. I almost wish less people knew about it’s existence. I can’t praise the place enough, get the soup. The coffee is great, and the breakfast is good value for money also.

The Croque monsieur and the Croissant champignon fromage were delicious. We were served by a very friendly French lady. We loved the decor and the atmosphere. We felt like in Paris.
It was very windy on that day, so unfortunately, the door garden and kitchen door slammed a few times.
Overall, we will definitely be back. You are doing a great job. Thank you

Delightful way to start our day in Canterbury! Really enjoyed sitting outside in the garden and would highly recommend. My almond croissant was amazing — my husband really enjoyed his petit dejeuner as well!

Such a cute little cafe
Stopped by for hot chocolate and mille-feuille, which was great. If feeling adventurous, try the coconut tart!
Grabbed some Madeleine for the train back home. Beautiful stuff.

Quaint little cafe at the heart of Canterbury.
The food was delicious, with a range of dishes ordered by the table and everyone being complimentary about their choice and enjoying it so much we even ended up having a dessert at lunch time.
The cafe is very small, so if having space is a consideration you might need to check first.
The staff were great, helpful, chatty and encouraging of our little one ordering for himself.
Can't rate highly enough.

Lovely place, they make good very good coffee and the sandwiches are served with crisps. The staff is lovely and so is the garden, where you can eat.

An excellent little cafe, you walk in and through to the garden to the back and its like you've walked through a secret medieval door from Canterbury straight to somewhere like France! The food is excellent and service great. Definitely stop by for coffee and cake or a little lunch. Escape the crowd outside and sit somewhere cool and tranquil, it's really a great little place.

The food was lovely. I had two of the pastries and they were both delicious. The coffee was nice too and the staff were friendly and attentive. You can get really nice food here for a good price.

It was a warm and lovely Café. The staff were super friendly. It was raining outside and it was lovely to sit in such a wonderful Café.
Even though it was small, we enjoyed the atmosphere.
We had coffee, cake and scones - it was yummy.
For take away we bought chocolate and coffee éclairs.
Highly recommended

This is a gem of a café. We had a great French breakfast and went back in the afternoon for drinks and cake. Worth going out of your way to visit. A highlight of our trip to Canterbury.
