O2 Shop Canterbury

Long overdue, was supposed to write this many months ago… But I just wanted to immensely thank James for his assistance, he made what felt impossible possible by going above and beyond! Even when we didn’t have all the answers to solve our issue (which made things rather difficult), he however, found a way! Overall, so very kind and lovely, genuinely understanding and extremely helpful!

I initially visited another O2 store but was passing the Canterbury one and thought I'd pop in. The team here are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Overall an easy going team who have been helpful on the two occasions I visited. I came away with what I wanted and was given advice that worked for my needs rather than a hard sell.

James and Matt made my visit to O2 to buy a new mobile phone the most painless ever. I have had poor experiences with O2 before with staff talking to my husband rather than me (when I am the one asking questions) or being offered inappropriate products for the usage we have described. James and Matt listened to what I asked for, suggested relevant additional products/upgrades and sorted me out with my purchase all within my lunch break. Thank you!

I came in today to get my upgrade and the whole experience deserves 5 stars! I had no waiting, the staff were all so friendly, honest and very helpful and went above and beyond helping me transfer everything over from my old phone to the new one.
I am very grateful for all thier help and cannot recommend thier service enough.

We were in Canterbury for a weekend break and unfortunately my wife's phone locked up and we tried what we thought but could not get it out of its frozen state, we popped into Canterbury 02 store and a very helpful guy called Gary knew what to do and within 5 minutes has it up and running again, thankyou

Really appreciate the help I was given on Friday about trying to find a new phone. I've not bought one in ages and I was looking to buy the cheapest possible. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and although I wasn't able to make a decision at the time, I would definitely recommend going in.

Just the best in the area with very knowledgeable staff who are genuine experts with customer service as well as doing what they do.. Worth travelling to with an appointment for your next new purchase.. An example to other O2 shops, setting the standard.. In my opinion, the best of the rest...
