Winkworth Dulwich were very diligent and proactive when helping my partner and I find a new rental property in February–March 2024. After we had sent them our criteria, they soon contacted us with an offer to view the perfect property, which we subsequently offered on. After this, Claire kept us promptly updated throughout the whole process and eased any anxieties we had over delays outside of their control. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I needed to find a rental property at short notice during the Christmas period. Archie showed me around two properties and answered all my questions, the rental market has changed a lot in 4 years and I was new to the ‘make an offer’ process. After searching for a few weeks Archie had my offer for a flat accepted 10 minutes after viewing! I liaised with Claire for the completion of the tenancy paperwork, this was processed at speed due to my request to move in within 2 weeks. Claire was very thorough and I was especially grateful for the attention to detail and great communication during the busy Christmas period. Winkworth managed our property for three years and then we chose them to handle the sale. The whole team was good, and then Nicola found out buyers. She was great throughout the back end of the sales process, navigating the issues that came up and pressing everyone to keep making progress as quickly as possible. We’re overseas and it was a relief knowing our agent was always on top of things.

Archie and Claire have been a pleasure to work with. Archie responded to an inquiry first thing Monday morning, and got me into a viewing that evening, before the flat was even posted online. A herculean effort from Winkworths, with very special mention to Nicola, without her our chain would have broken and we would not be moving home at all. I think Winks should probably be prepared for Nicola to be poached by the military or an assassin agency, because I’m not sure I’ve ever met a person so dedicated to getting the job done before!
