If you can avoid using this shop then do. The woman who owns it is simply the rudest shopkeeper you’ll ever come across. If I could give it zero stars and shut it down I would. Also got nothing in stock, think I could run a better operation from my kitchen

A package sent from here was lost and were very unhelpful in discussing with me. The fact they hung up the phone mid conversation, says it all. I won’t be shopping here or sending/collecting parcels either. Seems like they are on a roll judging by the other reviews.

All the comments about staff being rude and unhelpful are 100% accurate and the exact experience I have had every time I’ve gone in to collect anything. On this basis i have specifically decided not to make any purchases in there. They can do one if they think I’m spending a penny in there. Hideous people

For the love of God don't not get your parcels sent to this shop! The staff are straight ignorant and bad mannered. I had a parcel delivery to the store (confirmed via royal mail tracking), the rude lady there wouldn't give me my parcel. Even though I gave her tracking number, driving licence etc.. she kept going on about a code that should have been text to me.

So after 10mins of wasted time going back and forth, she scanned the parcel and it generated a code. So it was her/the shop that was causing the problem. I can honestly say she was absolutely horrible to talk to so rude and idiotic with her logic, also never apologised for being wrong. Please avoid! You have been warned.

Extremely rude and aggressive father and son, for absolutely no apparent reason. Proceeded to give £20 change in small coins, becoming more aggressive and raising voice when asked why they don’t have bank notes. ‘You queue at the bank then’. Shop filthy, and they did not adhere to any Covid regulations whatsoever. Unpleasant and upsetting experience.

The guy working there was a total creep, spoke very aggressively and rudely towards my husband and toddler. Used foul language towards customers.

Do NOT get your parcels delivered here - incredibly rude and unhelpful service.
