This is one titchy supermarket people, titchy! The bakery section is great, the scones - awesome! Their fresh produce is really good.

Despite its titchyness, there is a little of everything you need here: If you shop careful it actually is not too expensive compared to the other supers.
Their customer service is exceptional.

Had a job interview there today lovely staff even the candidates were kind and caring, it's very hard to get a job like M&S even an interview but if you get an opportunity like this take it it's so worthwhile. 5 out of 5

Great team all very helpful, I wish they had a larger range of the Chinese meals as I enjoy these meals for taste and value but can't get them in Lordship Lane sadly.

I love shopping here because of both the groceries and the diversity of Lordship Laners and East Dulwichers you come across in the aisles. As a keen watcher of humans, their shopping habits and mores, I love seeing the nouveau riches putting on graces and looks of the upper classes, and the 'rung climbers' donning that smug visage associated with the 'already arrived'. The range of grocery is extensive, bread is available in nearly all its types and forms and so are the genera of leafy vegetables and fruits. Checkout persons are cheerful and courteous, shopfloor staff are ever ready to assist, and attend to your inquiries with alacrity. I am thoroughly pleased, amused and impressed shopping here. Please, keep this up...Lordship Lane deserves this gem of a shop.

Packs a lot into a relatively small space. It's possible to do a full grocery shop here and also worthwhile visiting for finicky extras that are sometimes challenging to locate at other supermarkets (great baking supplies, herbs & spices, etc).
Special mention to the staff, including security, who have always been super-helpful, polite and cheerful on occasions I've visited.

Only one till operator on and several of the self service tills not operating correctly. We had to call a member at of staff over 7 or 8 times while doing our own checking out!!! Took much longer than wiring for the 1 till operator!!

East Dulwich has two M and S stores. That sort of sums up East Dulwich really.
I love this food hall it is big and full of lovely food. What's not to like.
The staff always seem friendly and relaxed. Even once on Christmas Eve.
If I have a slight complaint it would be that the air conditioning seems to be set to freezer which is fine in a heatwave but can be a bit much at all other times.

On duty it can frustrate but other non related sites have same issue in all I have enjoyed my visit s here customers and staff have been polite and helpful and most items I seek are usually always stocked which bodes well in my view for such a small store.Thats the reason I give them 5stars.

Fast, efficient and no issues about removing over ordered Christmas food. This was pre ordered Christmas food. Shop not too crowded and all used masks. Merry Christmas to M&S.

I like going here with my girlfriend as it has a very good selection of food and drinks. The deserts are also very nice. I have found some unusual ones when they are out of stock in central London. They sometimes get queues due to covid19 regulations but I respect that.
I found some divine cheeses over time. The brioche bread and butter pudding is amazing. Again biscuits are some of the best.
The surrounding area is very nice, most shops closed due to covid19 but excellent area for bars and pubs and restaurants.

Presently surprised, waited about 5 minutes in the queue and I was in the the shop, I got everything I wanted and more. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Mark's and Spencers😁😁😁

The staff are always friendly & helpful. If unable to locate something, just ask a member of staff and they take you straight to the item. That’s why I placed my Christmas food order again this year.

Good food friendly staff nice mixture of different types of meats and vegetables although no branded items so that's a bit of a minus

Collected an order from here, they had a bit of trouble finding it, so I waited a while. As an apology for the wait, I was given a gorgeous bunch of roses. Excellent customer service

Hate the waiting but staff always pleasant and helpful. Only downside is that they never seem to have my favourite cereal.. The 4 nuts granola

Considering the current circumstances I was able to get the items I needed so very pleased. There are a few items missing, but they seem well stocked.
