Horrible shop, I just left from there. The shopkeepers attitude stinks, he wouldn’t serve me because I’m 18. He made up new laws as he was speaking, saying he only serves 19-21+. But when I was 16 he served me without asking for ID, 2 years later now I don’t reach the age limit

They didn't accept my parcel and it was sent back to IKEA. Why is this place listed as DPD pickup when they don't accept the parcels? Now IKEA has cancelled my entire order. What a headache. Very frustrating.

If I could share 0 stars I would. Topped up my gas here with cash only to find there was no amount of money on it when I put it into my meter. Went to the shop with the receipt to show they've taken my money and yet nothing is on the card. The men doing it didn't seem to know what they were doing anyway and I should have followed my gut when I felt like there was going to be something wrong.
I went back and they refused to give me my money back or put the money on my account, insisting it's British Gas's problem. My partner came in and was very angry and still they were belligerent. I am having to get emergency credit put on and even though I had my small child with me they refused. Do not go in here! I usually read reviews but didn't this time and here we are.

The worst customer service I've came across. I came in and paid for a £10 Oyster card top-up but when I went to use the bus service, it came up that the card didn't have any money on it. They had scammed me, took my money and didn't top up the card, pocketing the money for themselves. When I returned later that same day to get the card topped up which I had I already paid for they were extremely aggressive and rude. Luckily, I had a bank receipt of my purchase to prove id given them the money but even then they were arguing. Eventually, with threats of reporting them to trading standards and getting authorities involved over their fraudulent service, they topped up my Oyster. It took 30 minutes of negotiating before they gave me what i'd paid them for. This has happened to several other people I know, I thought it was an honest mistake on their part, but it's clear now its a scam. Avoid at all costs!!

Terrible for deliveries. They sent my parcel back when It stated I had another three days to collect. I tried calling them the next day to pick up but no answer
