ECCO Westfield

Received excellent customer service from Yvonne at Ecco Westfield, Shepherds Bush yesterday. Yvonne was calm and patient at what was a busy time of day with more than one customer vying for her attention. How she managed to split herself between myself and the other customers, serving us all with dignity and grace, is beyond me. Yvonne provided lots of advice and lived experience that helped me to finish my shoe shop feeling listened to and supported. I was even encouraged to take the time to test out my shoes before leaving the shop. I bought more than one pair and the first pair have been taken out and are a delight to wear, no rubbing, chaffing or having to break them in. Super!! What a wonderful experience. Thank you Yvonne and thank you Ecco shoes.

I had to take some shoes back to Ecco Westfield and exchanged them for sandals. The assistant, Ayesha Sandhu, could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that I had the best customer experience. Thank you, Ayesha, I love the sandals!

We had a wonderful customer experience, from the moment we entered Ecco store in Westfield West London. The staff were engaging and we felt valued. Ali served me, he was willing to answer any questions I had and assisted us all through until we left. They offered guarantee that I could come back to the store if I had any issue with the product I bought. 10/10 for team working on the 28 November 2023. To the "big boss" on the day thank you so very much.

Bought some waterproof Ecco Trainers before a recent cruise to see The Northern Lights . The lady who served us was lovely and a fount of knowledge! The shoes are EXCELLENT too!!!

I must say this was one of the best shopping experience I've had in a long time. The range if the products is good but it's really the staff that made my day. Jason and Karolina were very polite and helpful. Karolina was answering all my question in regards to the product and was very knowledgeable. She also advised me in details how to take care of the shoes I was buying. Excellent customer service!

Amazing first time I have ever been into a ECCO shoe shop .

The assistant was so friendly and gave advice.
I do not know if it is me but other shoe shops

I find are not so friendly at times you have to wait ages before you can get help. Or on the other hand the assistant will bring the shoes dump them on the seat and go off and not come back to ask you how they fitted or not.

Yes some shoe shops are very busy but a service should be provided

it's my favourite brand of shoes, yes it's a bit expensive but its worth it I've got 2 pears already I'm going for the 3rd one
