I wish I could give Madhuja a lot more than 5 stars. I am currently visiting from Florida and needed a phone for when I visit with family as the one I purchased from another company stopped working. Madhuja was actually leaving as her shift ended and stopped to help. She was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient. She took the time to explain everything including setting up the phone. My customer service experience was excellent thanks to this young lady.

Abdul and Ishhara was helpful and patient. Going above and beyond to help me with, exchanging my phone. Ishhara took her time to sit with me to help me do a data transfer. Such great team work. Always happy with their service

I came in today and has been assisted quickly by lovely and friendly Zac. He helped me to change and upgrade my sim plan. Thank you so much for your help! 😁

Im dyslexic and a nightmare with tech.
I had the intelligent, patent guy, with a can do attitude. Going back I pray he's there (will get his name written down and up later).
Non judgmental, had worked past closing, noticed he was the first to clean.
Cut through hints id tried to articulated, cracked adversity, concentrated on my vague brief.
Dam smart guy, should be running the country.

I recieved amazing customer service from Alistar in the White city store a few days ago. I had an online upgrade gone wrong and he went through the lengths of calling customer service on my behalf, resulting in a next day delivery replacement phone. Thanks so much Alistar!

Visited this store today with a work mate to enquire about an early upgrade. We were served by Del who was super efficient friendly and knowledgeable. He went through the best deals on offer and didn't try to sell her anything she didn't actually need. We were short for time but he managed to wrap up everything promptly. My friend was happy with her new phone and plans to return for another product. Good service, clean store and approachable staff.

The top STAR is an assistant who served me this afternoon (around 5pm) advising on ipad for my daughter...
I do not know her name, but she was *AMAZING* . EXCELLENT SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE AND ADVISE. Absolutely brilliant! She needs a pay rise....she was that good! Best wishes,...

My first encounter with the o2 manager named Maaz, I was very pleased as he responded to my request for help. He presented as pleasant cheerful he demonstrated that he was quite happy to assist and he did so quite efeciently. I must acknowledge that he was able to fix the issues with my device. I wish to express my appreciation to him and his other support staff at westfimed white city. His skills has been assessed as very good

Had an amazing experience from Abdul king!
Went above and beyond and he made it seem so simple and easy. I appreciate that is what they do everyday but he really did go the extra mile to make everything so easy. Also highly appreciate him coming off his break to help.
Abdul king and the guys that were working on the 24th of October are the definition of genuine people giving excellent customer service.
Would give ten stars if I could.

Big, huge thanks to Mohammed for helping me out today. I got my phone stolen earlier and went in to get a new one. Arrived 5 minutes before closing which is one of the most annoying things you can do as a customer and still Mohammed was incredibly nice and helpful. He set me up with a new phone and a new contract in a jiffy and was very compassionate towards my situation. Really appreciate it!

Andre in the store upstairs was fantastic with my purchase, really explained everything thoroughly and helped me find the right product for me. Andre was very friendly and didn't rush me at all, he went out of his way to get me some discount which I thought was very thoughtful. Keep up the good work Andre!

Very friend costumer service from some of the employees. I asked a question to kne of the staff and and gave a rude answer and lied . After I asked the same question to the other guy helped and gave the truth in very friendly way. And explained better than the other one

I was assisted by the kind gentleman Varun today and he promptly and efficiently helped me with my enquiries. It was pleasent seeing him as I came across him previously at the Queensway O2 branch and remembered him having excellent manners and good communication with customers. 5 stars.

Outstanding customer service! I've been assisted by Mohammad M. to transfer my mobile number from previous smartphone to new iPhone (which I bought even not from O2, but Apple) etc. Mohammad was really polite, patient, knowledgeable and professional throughout all of the process. As a customer I felt truly embraced (unlike in most highstreet O2 branches) and would definitely recommend his and O2 Westfield services to friends and family members. Thank you so much!

Helpful staff who know their trade. Don't be put off by having to wait, it's because they take their time with each customer and make sure they're not sold something they don't want or need.
