Another very good waitrose shop but, the wine selection is quite smaller than other I visited before. Although, it has the same excellent standard typical of the brand.

Great supermarket to ship, with great value to your money, I love the Starbuck Nespresso capsule's promotion, fruit and veggies are also fresh and great, definitely will comeback for more,..,

What more can I say about Waitrose.
This is a spacious well stocked store and you are assured to get top quality and often well priced items.
The staff are always very helpful and my usual stores are Edgware Road and Bayswater but this is another one of my favourite stores and better to buy quality food rather that some of the other questionable products you get from other stores.

So we'll laid out. No long queues. The sweet lady at my checkout raced after me with a bag of groceries I'd forgotten. To offset.the expense I buy Waitrose Essential. Just as good and half the price. I love Waitrose.

Alice on the customer service desk went above and beyond to help me locate an item on the 10th of November at 6pm after the freezers went down. She was kind, helpful and informative and made my shop a total total joy. Such a wonderful team all round. Will be back!

The supermarket is big, spacious, clean and with a lot of products to choose from. I like be shipped Ng at this particular branch, the staff is friendly and discreet as well as helpful if in need. 5stars is not enough 🤗

Great shop with so many brands. The choice of wine is huge and fresh fruits and veg as well.I managed to find fresh wild salmon (not farmed) and it was a real delight especially when i was kindly served by a professional girl named Monica. I will definitely come back.

The experience is always nice and the staff are always very friendly and conversational. It's nice to come across your regular friendly humans / employees that are happy with their job....that's why I always choose to spend more but receive a great service....its all worth it. Plus the food is always fresh and the shelves are fully replenished even at busy times.

I might didn't visited many branches of Waitrose but I absolutely love this one!
There is huge verity of food on here, from meat lovers to vegan. Everything here so fresh and so welcoming from the bakery, the butcher to great sushi in the front.
Yes it might not be so cheap but you pay for what you get.

Love this supermarket. It's close to where I stay when I'm in London. It's located inside a mall and usually my last place I stop before I head back to my hotel. They have a variety of take away foods from sandwiches to salads to premade/bake at home foods. I usually grab a sandwich for dinner and some fruits and yogurt for breakfast. Definitely check it out.

As with everywhere inside at the moment in Westfield, you have to wear a mask and socially distance where possible. Waited in a queue for just a minute or two to get in. Shop fully stocked. Good shopping experience. Only saw one note re bulk buying. Was an offer on packs of 18 loo rolls with a note that you could only buy 2 packs per customer. Fair enough.

I always enjoy coming to this Waitrose to do my shopping. I know where things are and always find the things I want and often manage to get discounted items due to the near expiry date. Things are fresh. Staff are helpful. It's a yes from me.

Good range of fruit and veg, with a fresh meat and fish counter. Also really good range of vegan, gluten free and ethical produce. Good store to do a weekly shop and offers collection slots when you cannot shop in store or get an online order. Really helpful staff, and very good navigation system to enter and exit store and feel covid safe!

As a visitor who comes to stay in England from time to time on business (and to spend time with my grandchildren who live here), I was totally lost as to what to do and what foods are good. Wouldn't you know, there was a Waitrose right round the corner.
They were a lifesaver. Their food of course is a bit different that American food, but to my delight, the prices are great, and I got to sample some really great stuff! Wines, beers... amazing selection. Cheeses, pastries, etc!
They had everything we needed. For Americans who think English food is too bland or weird, well... you're wrong! And Waitrose is THE place to go, just bring a native, (like my grand-daughter), to act as tour guide, lol. The prices were much better than I was expecting as well. As an engineer, I'm pretty sure, the UK might just decide to keep me.... which is just fine by me.

Always been super helpful here. Staff have asked if I needed help carrying (I was carrying my own big things at the time not Waitrose stuff!) and also did I need help with anything at tills including them getting a new product when the barcode of one didn't scan at the tills. Great staff. Best I've ever dealt with.

Always a good range of products, amazing offers and helpful staff. Every time I don't know where to find something and I ask a staff member they come with me to help me find what I need. This is what I call an excellent customer service ❤ Well done and keep up the good work 👏

I always feel safe in that store; I have many mental issues but the staff is always welcoming and helpful. I finally used the quick check app and it’s useful when you’re an hurry and just want to pay and go.

Impressed. They always have a good selection of products. Staff are always very helpful. And despite the location, you never have to queue! I love that they also have regular offers on too which encourages you to try new products.
Store is always clean and organised and well stocked (usually even just before closing)

Full range of products, plus fresh baked goods and a coffee bar. Good quality and plenty of brand as well as own produce. Easy to access and useful for picking up food after a visit to Westfield. Can get crowded at the checkout but there are usually extra staff on hand to help things along.
