The Works

A long overdue thank you to Nikola, Trinity and Sienna for their help at The Works - Westfield Whitecity for all your help and support through an exchange process of a book for my son.

Westfield Shepherds Bush branch is large, bright and well stocked. I very much enjoyed my visit; it's a little like Aladdin's Cave with a huge variety of products. Purchased a box of 10 large Christmas cards for £3... Very reasonable.

The Works in WESTFIELD. I love this shop and I am very surprised to see it here. It is in the former Mothercare unit meaning it is very close to the absurdly overpriced WHSmith. The shop is clean and bright with lots of space to move around, some The Works are too cluttered to see stock but this shop is one of the best branches.

It is a sign of the times that Westfield London can no longer be picky about its tenants as so many shops and companies have allowed themselves to be run into the ground.

Normally a shop like this would have opened up alongside Savers, Wilko, Poundland etc in a more "everyday" shopping centre like West 12 Shopping Centre across the road rather than a destination shopping centre like Westfield.

How long till the above mentioned and TKMaxx move into Westfield? McDonald's is opening soon so it might not be long.

The Works might still be paying top dollar renting this unit but it is in a good location and is perhaps the best arts & crafts shop in the entire centre because apart from WH... It might be the only one.

Great stationery... Stationary? Lots of books, toys and games. A great shop. Glad it finally opened a store in Shepherd's Bush.

Great Store - Great Experience

Come here regularly and always enjoy my experience! Lovely friendly staff and a wide variety of cool stuff to purchase! Very fair prices to!!!

The store & staff is good but it really is too HOT in there.

I just witnessed an awful display of an employee of this store screaming at a member of Lush staff in the Lush store. I know she works at this branch of The Works as she screamed it at the Lush employee and was wearing the uniform. She was telling the Lush employee that she was unhappy about something and the Lush employee said she’d pass it onto her higher ups. The Works person then started shouting and speaking over the Lush employee and was being really loud and also said that they “work in Westfield at The Works” and was wearing their uniform then started being more and more aggressive to the Lush employee and asked the Lush employee if they were diagnosed with autism? As an autistic person myself this really upset me and I wouldn’t feel safe coming back into The Works again. The Works employee in question was around 5’5, female presenting and had shoulder length curly black/dark brown hair.
