Was visiting London and had an incident with my two chains, and went into the store to see if they can repair it. The Lady working was able to fix it right away. Great selection, superior service and very sweet.

We came to Royal Traders to look for wedding jewellery. We were dealt with very attentively, the shop owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was also very patient and took the time to show us all of the products she had available - she also stated she would look into contacting her supplier to see if she could get more stock on a particular piece of jewellery.
