Had a fantastic experience with Star Jewelers when buying an engagement ring.

I was pretty clueless on what I wanted or even what could be achieved. They took me through different styles and diamonds so that I had the perfect ring for my fiance.

A fantastic overall experience from the waiting room to the future wife saying yes!
Alex guided us through the entire process in a very professional way with impressive knowledge about the science of diamonds as well as metals for jewellery.
I would strongly recommend this well-established professional outfit. There was no pressure / up-selling which was a big plus for me as the rough and tumble of haggling is manifestly not my cup of tea.
If you want GIA certification you will find it here but if you would rather not have this then that is also an option – they work with you and what you have at the end is truly unique for your loved one.
I shall certainly be returning for our wedding bands at Star Jewellers in the future and will aim to buy all jewellery there other than the odd costume jewellery on holiday et cetera.

I went to many different Jewellers over several weeks and decided that Star Jewellers is the one! The best thing about this place is that Alex doesn't oversell or pressure you into anything, he carefully goes through all your requirements and most importantly suggests adjustments to ensure that your bespoke Jewellery comes out sturdy as well as looking amazing! Other places quickly agreed to the requirements I had based on trending videos I saw online but he worked with his craftsman to analyse potential weak points and come up with improved designs. Highly recommended!!

My husband got my engagement ring from Star Jewellers and was so impressed with the service we went back to get our wedding rings from there too! And I completely agree with him! John was absolutely amazing when we were choosing our rings, so knowledgable and approachable, we felt in very safe hands! Can't recommend them enough! Thank you so much!

Have been using Star Jewellers for 18 years - they made both my engagement and wedding ring. They turned my "I want something that looks a bit like this, but in a different colour and a bit more like that..." into just what I wanted! Always great, friendly service at a fair price. My entire experience with Star Jewellers was amazing. My granddaughter lost a gold ring that we bought her for her 21st Birthday. I was looking for a replacement. I called the team at Star and they were incredibly helpful and assured me that if it didn't fit they would give me a refund or make the adjustments. The ring arrived the day after I ordered it. The ring was presented in a beautiful box and the quality was absolutely perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Star Jewellers and I would definitely use them again.

A fantastic service from start to finish. I arrived at Star Jewellers having spent an entire morning on Hatton Garden not finding what I wanted or having other shops try and steer me to something I didn't want. Star were patient, understanding and helpful at every turn. They appreciated what I was looking for and noted that they could make it whilst remaining in my budget. I never felt pressured and the advice they gave me was sensible at every turn. The resulting engagement ring was amazing and my now wife absolutely loves it.

As a result of the great service we went back and got the wedding bands made with Star as well. Again they were fantastic and the price was again competitive. The follow-up service (i.e resizing of rings etc.) has also been faultless. I couldn't recommend these guys enough and have already sent some friends to them as a result.

Star had a wonderful selection of quality fine jewellery which stood out on a street full of jewellers. We were made to feel at home and exceptionally looked after as soon as we entered. 18 months ago I bought an engagement ring with Star Jewellers. I found them extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the get go. I was so impressed with the service and product that I recently returned to purchase wedding bands and again received an excellent service. couldn't speak highly enough of the staff there. My bf and I bought our engagement ring from Star Jewellers and had a great experience!! Told David the style I wanted and when we came in, he had gathered two rings that were exactly matching what i asked (not the case at all the other shops we went) as well as three diammonds. Got to choose our own combination, and even made a small alteration. Everything was easy with them, and we got our ring 4 days later. Would recommend them anytime. I went to Star to purchase an engagement ring and the whole experience and end product was excellent.

David calmly talks you through all the different options. I wasnt rushed at all and it made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free.

Most importantly the ring turned out even better than expected the mt fiance was delighted.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Star Jewellers was one of the few establishments to stock a more slender engagement ring design. We spotted a ring close to our desired specification and proceeded to create a bespoke variant with guidance from Star's excellent staff. We were surprised to receive a ring that not only exceeded expectations but was within budget. We subsequently decided to return to star to choose our wedding rings. Special thanks to Alex who's quiet confidence and extensive knowledge throughout the process spoke volumes. I will would highly recommend Star to friends and family and suggest that you first stop by their immaculate premises before considering a ring elsewhere.

I highly recommend Star Jewellers. They make beautiful, unique and great quality jewellery at a fair price. Their customer service is excellent. My wedding ring and engagement ring purchased from them back in 2012 were stolen recently. This was obviously very distressing. From the moment I called them up to enquire if they could remake them they were so kind and helpful. It was such a relief! They have remade my rings perfectly. Thank you Star Jewellers!!

I was looking to buy an engagement ring, knowing that Hatton Garden are renowned for fine jewellery. I browsed through many shops and noticed this store in particular had a wide variety of jewellery. The team at star give great customer service and their hospitality was next to none. Chris and Alex helped me pick the perfect ring with in my budget. I would recommend star jewellers in a heart beat. I will be coming back in the future for the wedding bands.

I have had the pleasure of buying a few items from David and Alex over the past couple of years and am never disappointed with the customer service or quality.

They are both super helpful, friendly and knowledgable and go above and beyond for their customers to make sure everything is right.

This has fast become the go to jewellers for my whole family and most recently my (now) fiance bought my engagement ring from there. It is the most beautiful and unusual ring I have ever seen.

Earlier this year I started looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and decided to visit the part of London famous for its diamonds. Star Jewellers caught my eye, so I decided to walk in and have a look around. I was greeted by a warm, friendly and very professional team and knew after a short time this place was the right choice.
Throughout the entire process, from initial discussions, to picking the right stone and setting, to finalising the transaction and picking up the ring, I felt well taken care of by an extremely professional and trustworthy team. It is not comparable to any other jewellers I visited in the past and I already know I will visit them soon again - to get the wedding bands.

Myself and my fiancé went to Star Jewellers at the end of June to purchase our wedding bands. The whole experience was faultless.
David listened to what we what we both wanted and gave us invaluable advice.
His knowledge on what suited our finger shape, the weight of the metal vs our day jobs, the stone patterns vs how the rings can be cut was second to none.

Previously we had also gone to other jewellers in our search and found the shopping experiences unpleasant. We found they did not listen to what we wanted. We were being pressured into more expensive pieces as the salesperson thought they were nicer than what we asked for. We were also constantly reminded they are giving us 'the best price'.

Star Jewellers was the opposite of this! There was no hard sell or pressure into purchasing a 'better' or 'nicer' or 'larger' piece, in fact even when I tried a more expensive ring on, I was given a very honest opinion that it would overpower my wedding band.
Myself and my fiancé were thoroughly impressed with the integrity of all the members of staff and felt this was priceless in our search for our rings. We did visit other jewellers on the same day but were so impressed with Star we came back and placed our order.
The turnaround for picking up the rings was also much quicker than expected. The quality, cut and overall look of our rings exceeded our expectations and I cannot wait to wear them after our wedding.

Star Jewellers made me feel at ease as they took their time helping me to Settle on the perfect engagement ring.
They didn't overcharge me and when I returned there to buy the wedding rings, they even managed to talk my fiance down from the more expensive ring, when they saw the look on my face.
