The Gate Hotel - London

The Gate Hotel is absolutely fabulous!
I stay here often for business - it's extremely comfortable with a superb location and customer offering.
Alongside the hotel and rooms being well furnished, modern and chic, the staff are really what makes The Gate such a lovely place to stay. They are so welcoming and helpful and they always make the effort to ensure that my stay is the best it can possibly be, every time.
Nothing is too much for the team, they always work very hard to ensure that your every need is met.

This hotel was perfect for our Valentine's / anniversary weekend in London! The location is super easy and accessible, close to the fabulous brick lane! The staff was super nice and helpful, all the online processes were smooth too!
The room was beautifully decorated with a great view. We felt very spoiled since the showergel, lotions etc. are from the really nice brand Le Labo 🤘
Everything was perfect we we will definitely come back!

Our experience here was absolutely outstanding. The staff made us feel right at home and the hotel itself has a nice modern decoration and great facilities.

The gym is well equipped and clean. We didn't use the space on the 5th floor but it looks really nice.

We had bought flours and asked for a vase and it was brought up to us immediately.

We would definitely return.

Enjoyed my stay at The Gate Hotel. Room was very large and clean. My view was amazing. Free coffee and tea all day long for guests in the lounge area. They also had a really good breakfast for a little extra money (worth it). The location was not too ideal for site seeing as it was very far (walking) from most landmarks.

The independence of a well-equipped apartment but with the services of a hotel and in an ideal location for the City and for the West End. Comfortable and well-appointed rooms and very helpful and professional staff. We had an excellent short break.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms and convenient kitchenettes. We had a small problem with the heating duct in our unit but it was quickly resolved by a wonderfully cheery handyman by the name of Luthfur.

Luthfur knew exactly what he was doing and turned what otherwise would have been a negative experience into a positive one. Extremely personable and friendly despite working straight through the holidays. Whatever you’re paying the man, double it. Made our stay.

Nice & small apartment style hotel room. The staff are very friendly at the reception. Always happy to help. There is no phones in the room,so if you have any requests,you have to go down to the reception and let them know. Nearby to supermarkets and tube stations. Quiet area. It is worth staying once.

Great location and lovely hotel. The sink is ridiculously small to use in the kitchen but it was better than nothing. Friendly staff, though we had to keep asking for settings for the 3rd person that we booked for. We love the location and the food was great. Would consider returning

Overall a very positive experience. Great rooms and location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would recommend is to clean the rooms more often or at least provide clean towels daily.

It is my 3rd time at The GATE so it must be really good. There is such a huge hotel offer in London that when you find the right one, you always go back.
It is very conveniently located next to a tube station, lots of supermarkets around for food shopping, nice facilities in the room (full kitchen with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.), nice design, friendly staff, comfy floor 5 with free drinks all day, gym, nice and friendly staff.

Check-in was quick, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The Hungarian girl Renáta was nice and helpful .Unfortunately I don't speak English. Breakfast was super.

Very Good Hotel close to the Tube Station and nearby supermarket. In room Washer/Dryer and full kitchen (Superior Studio Room) are very good.

Powerful shower for bathroom.

Easily accessible from the airport with direct line getting off at Whitechapel... So that alone is a win. They have a lounge where you can enjoy free tea and coffee. Rooms are comfortable.

Stayed here with my partner a couple of weeks ago. The hotel was great. Had fantastic facilities. Anna was lovely, told us all the good places to go and was really helpful. Will definitely be staying again.

Lovely little apartments. It has a small but functional gym which is quite handy. Oh and the outdoor terrace on the 5th floor is amazing, free coffee is a plus. 4 mins walk from the underground. I’d definitely be staying here again.

This a great place to stay. the room was good for our family. Small fridge and oven if you need it. ample room in the closet. Mohammed was very nice and accommodating during the beginning of our trip and Sean was nice and checked up on me periodically. He talked to me about the city and offered suggestions. He's very proud of his city and it made me happy to be here.

The hotel was incredibly clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and well-equipped They have great amenities (great 5th floor lounge with self-serve drinks and a beautiful ootdoor terrace.

The only downside is that it is at the end of the major attractions (15 min walk Tower of London and the closest HopOnHopOff) , so you definitely need to use public transportation or the HopOnHopOff to see things on the other side of the city.

Other than that it was great!

We loved this hotel. Unlike other London hotels, the whole hotel is shining clean and spotless. Luxury lounge, very beautiful decorations, very friendly staff, I believe the management of this hotel is a superstar.
