I brought a few things and it took me a while to get the hang of it but all you need to do is
tap your card at the entrance, get a brown paper bag and shop as long as you want!

Great great great! Scan your amazon app and walk around the store and grab what you like... then leave.

Later on you get charged. We went 3 times over a couple of days and had no issues at all. The bill was correct and it was fast and easy.

Whoever picks up the item will be charged for the item so just something to be aware of if you both scan your apps.

The coffee machine was also excellent!

Love this place, so glad it exists, love the concept. Has the most friendliest and helpful staff I have ever come across in retail. Keep it up guys you make my day every time I come to collect my parcels!

I like the concept of the shop so much that I encourage my friends to have it a go.

Quality of the foods is good.Items are a bit pricy compared to other supermarkets like Tessco or Sainsbury's. No tell means service is faster than any shop.

There is a amazon delivery service inside. That is a great relief for the people who lives alon or in the apartments block. If the person is at work it is sometimes impossible to reach them. Most of the delivery services do not have access to the doors of such buildings.

Seen a fly sitting on a "cenamon buns" , I took it as odd one. Young people on the door could be trained a little bit more professionally, amazon certainly have the money and infrastructure to do so.

This is the first time I’ve visited an Amazon Fresh and the employee at the door was very helpful. I kept getting sent back to the Home Screen when I was trying to open the QR code on my app and he suggested that I delete my payment method and add it again - which sorted the issue!

Once you’ve got your QR code, you scan in, grab your groceries, then just leave! Amazon email your receipt (which even includes the amount of time you were in the store). Some people will think this is creepy, but I personally hope more convenience stores/supermarkets can follow suit.

Great shopping experience. The product range basically covers foods on a general grocery list and some everyday household items. A lot of ready-to-eat options. Utensils are available. Just need to install the Amazon app on your phone, log in (need to add a payment card to your account if you haven't) and click the "in-store code" to get a barcode and scan it to enter the store. Then you can shop and just walk out after you are done. They have stuff there if you need help and they are very friendly.

Hot Meals- Highy recommend their falafel wrap and all day breakfast wrap as a great cheap alternative for breakfast/lunch

Usually the products are slightly pricier than other supermarkets. Keep an eye out for offers like cashback (from your bank) or prime member offers.

Can return all products bought from Amazon here, very convenient as it's open till 11pm!

Small convenient supermarket. Great selection of groceries and good selection of lunch foods. They offer two good lunch deals at £3.50 or £5.00. There is also a bakery section and fresh coffee machines. You can get dairy or oat milk. The payment process was really straight forward and staff are happy to help if you're not quite sure how to set it up on the Amazon app. Overall a great shop and I enjoyed a different shopping experience.

I'm a volunteer for Olio and I collect from there, every time a slot comes up for it, the staff are nice, but the Asian security guard is nosey, and is bored. But on the whole I enjoy collecting from them.

The food is really good, the ready meals are excellent and lots of good variety - well priced!

It is a lil pricey but obviously paying for the Convenience aswell as not really doing own brand cheap variants as their whole thing is ‘fresh’

I would have given it 4* but You will see a 1* review off Dilap. He suggested it was ‘super slow’. It’s self service so he’s clearly a dummy and so 5 it is.

Staff were friendly, and I love that I could just go in grab my stuff and leave, no waiting around in queues. I do wish they had more variety with food, but due to the store being a bit small it still had a good selection.

Visited an Amazon Fresh shop for the first time. It’s an odd experience - you enter by swiping a QR code from the Amazon app and work through.

Inside are all the common grocery items from fruit and veg to tins and from dairy to an impressive bakery stand. There’s a small alcohol section at the back. I took a pastry and several other items and I was surprised at the quality.

Pick up what you want and then leave without a checkout. Later, you get an itemised receipt by email and recorded on your account to review.

These stores are so convenient. You don’t need to wait in lines, it’s just walk in and walk out. I liked the cinnamon rolls and their decaf coffee with alternative milk!

Honestly felt like I was stealing stuff... That's how weird it felt making my first transaction. Even looked back a few times expecting the security guard to come after me. Blown away on how the transaction was so accurately logged against my account. Purposefully bought small items to try and trick the system. Will take some getting used to. Scary but thrilling.

It's the future of shopping, log on, walk in, shop, walk out. No stopping to check out. The new Amazon way is wierd feels like your doing something wrong like shop lifting lol but its actually so cool. Some great first day offers too. In an excellent location this could be the future of shopping but could get some getting used too.

Initially visited to make an Amazon collection, but food looked good. Meal deal meant it was £5 rather than nearly £10. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean.
