Sunny and the crew are great! I got the strong sense that they genuinely care about their reputation and the long term satisfaction of their clients. They were very transparent and upfront including full Carfax and an extensive pre-sale inspection with all recommended maintenance completed. I couldn’t be happier with my new (to me) Tacoma.

Sunny and his team operate the BEST car lot in town. After a numerous search for the "ideal" vehicle, my business partner and I visited multiple car lots (5 in total) only to come across Autowise Motors.

Not only was the sale comfortable and efficient, there was no drag time or pressure. We conducted our business through Sunny himself and I cannot say enough about the matter that he does business.

My husband drove by Auto-Wise and noticed a car in the lot that he thought I'd like. We went back to look at it and it was perfect. Smooth, simple, family run. As far as used car buying goes, this was a very enjoyable experience. Sunny was very accommodating, and overall the procedure of buying my car was very quick, and streamlined. I appreciated that Sunny was there with all the information that I needed, but was not obtrusive, or overbearing. Autowise are a great smaller dealer. We were looking for a Mini in the lower mainland but none really hit the spot. Then one came up at Autowise so we emailed them and they answered all our questions quickly and also sent videos of the car running because we couldn’t get to their lot. Then after going over on the ferry, the test drive and purchase process were very low pressure - Jim was patient, helpful and easy going. Even some post purchase issues were settled quickly, easily and to our satisfaction. Can’t recommend these guys enough: they stand by their products and there’s no sign of a “tail-light warranty” here! Would definitely deal with them again. Five stars, no hesitation.

I can see that when you look for reviews about Autowise all you see are stars...many stars, and there is a reason for this that I found out firsthand. Jim and Sonny are great honest people. I have bought many cars in my life and have dealt with many clowns. These guys are a breeze to deal with. I was keeping my eye on their website and a car came available that I liked. It was a painless and enjoyable experience dealing with these guys. Purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Sunny. It was quick and easy, he didn't try to sell me on something more expensive or that I wasn't looking for. The day after I purchased the vehicle it did not start after work. I called the dealership to check what the warranty covered and they said not to worry about it. Sunny personally came and jump started the car and the next day he picked it up while I was working and got a new battery put in to the car at no cost to me. WORKS LIKE A CHARM NOW. Overall very happy with my experience.

I bought my 2007 Mini Cooper from Sunny on Feb 19, 2019. He was friendly and made the whole purchasing process easy. The car had a few issues but when I brought them up, they took care of them for me. This is a truly great used car dealer that stands by their vehicles.
