Go and see Ben if you need a new vehicle!! He was so amazing and low pressure! We needed 2 new vehicles to fit our growing family and for work (a Jeep and a Ram truck). He hit it out of the park for us, not only did we get exactly what we were looking for but felt he went really above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. From Ben to the finance depart to their service department they were all amazing and A++ service. Honestly best dealership we have ever been to from start to finish.

If you need any assistance in buying a new or used vehicle please seek out Brandyn and his sales manager Toma. They made the process enjoyable and were transparent through out the entire process. Normally spending 5 days at a dealership would be gruelling but the whole team at Harris made it much more tolerable. Brandyn even took my lil Pup for a walk while I was signing paperwork with my partner. All in all was a fabulous experience. Hunter the finance manager explained all the details about the loan and was a pleasure to work with and was quite professional. I would highly recommend this dealership for any of your vehicle needs.

Words can't express how fortunate we are. If I had to give stars, I would give 100!!! My wife and I were extremely fortunate to know and meet our Mother Teresa on June 18, 2023. It is our first car in Victoria. The transaction took place quickly. She went over everything in detail. She was extremely sweet and it felt like we'd known her for years! She's stunning. We were thrilled with our first car and thoroughly enjoyed our travels. We returned three months later to switch car and transactions, and our experience was still excellent! It took hours, but with the assistance of her wonderful finance manager, Nicole, everything was settled the same day.
I'm sure other agents will be able to assist us as well, but Mother Teresa and Nicole did their absolute best, as they always do! My wife and I are really pleased and satisfied with the car, the service, the compassion of the Harris employees, and their patience in ensuring that we have what we need. Just wanted to share my experience, my sales person Teresa Anderson goes beyond the call of duty. She is a person who backs her customer's completely. From initial contact to after sales service she does not forget about the customer. A couple small things and she backed me up completely. Thank you Teresa, as well as Michelle in the service department she's listens and corrected the issue as best as possible. Thank you also Michelle you lady's are a great team . Keep up the great work!

This was probably the best truck (any vehicle) shopping experience I’ve had. Matt Ozon and the Harris Dodge team were amazing, no pressure, no sales tactics, no gimmicks, just great customer service. Matt truly understood the importance of making sure you get the vehicle you need that best suits you, and for a great price.

Matt worked extra hours and literally let nest test drive anything I wanted to compare.

I took my Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited I for a service appt, and Ben Walsh (Sales) struck up a conversation about it, and what they might be able to do if I was interested in moving to something different. Not pushy, not in my face, just a respectful and professional approach. Long story short, I ultimately chose to make a deal for a used (but newer) Toyota Tacoma on the lot, but only after a day of back and forth with Ben. He was patient, reasonable and as transparent as you’ll ever find in auto sales.

Let’s face it, we’re all cynical at times about sales people, but after my extremely positive experience, I’d recommend Ben to anyone who wants to deal with a true professional.

We started the process of looking for a vehicle online and Ben got back to us right away, even after their normal hours. We came in the next day and he was even better in person. He explained everything clearly and was very transparent. Shannon in the finance department was wonderful to deal with. Overall we had a great experience!

Ben Walsh was my Sales Consultant and he was absolutely amazing, great customer service made the whole process of purchasing my new used vehicle easy. Also very helpful, friendly felt like he was a friend not a salesman. Above and beyond from all the finance team Special shout out to Vala for getting the finance for me at a great rate. new location , new people, not the old dodge. i dealt with IZZY and just purchased a JEEP. They never pressured me to buy what i did not want. The model i wanted was not at there dealership. They found exactly what i wanted in Nanaimo and had it brought down for me. Most of all they were relaxed, friendly and worked with me untill we had a price both of us were good with.

I was able to book an appointment fast. Less than a week prior to my actual visit. Our agent, Marikyat, is helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me exactly the car I wanted; no buts, no ifs. Our transaction ran smoothly as all requirements were given prior to our visit.

We were also given a good prime rate with their partner bank; the second largest bank in Canada. Our car was delivered to our address clean and full tank! My only worry now is this car uses premium gas 🤣

Overall, I would recommend the store and the agent. My wife and I are first time car buyer in Canada 😀OOOO

We needed a truck for our new business and stopped in on a weekend to check them out. The staff at Harris Dodge was phenomenal. We met with Jonny and talked for hours about trucks and our new business we started. He could see our vision for our company clearly and helped us find the perfect truck to haul our heavy formwork systems and supplies around. Johnny was super easy to talk to, and not pushy at all. He was friendly and professional and he was more of a friend than a salesperson. After deciding on a truck we met with Nicole who is the finance manager. She was extremely knowledgeable with my questions about financing and warranties and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and I appreciated how attentive and friendly she was. I never thought I could have such a positive experience at a dealership.
