We bought a fitbit watch at the London Drugs and had difficulties with the install. The team at the store bent over backwards to ensure the device was installed properly and working properly. Excellent service.

We bought a Wireless Brother MFC-L3710 Laser all-in-one colour printer online. When I tried to install it, I ran into difficulties not knowing it was due to our hard drive internet connection. We were ready to return the printer. We ended up calling Charles Martin who works in the Tech department for London Drugs to come into our home to help us. He was so patient and got to the root of the problem. We love this printer. If you ever need help with setting up technology in your home, do not hesitate to call Charles!

The guaranteed satisfaction policy here is great, I buy things here regularly and the few times the products have not met my expectations, although it is the fault of the manufacturers, London drugs has been very good and honored the 100% satisfaction guarantee and refunded my money with receipt. This allows me to shop with confidence. The staff are always also very helpful whenever I need to look for something.

We were shopping in the Electronics department and were assisted by Steve. He was just super and went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for, even though we weren't really sure ourselves what exactly we were looking for. He was patient and pleasant, an outstanding representative of London Drugs.

Subsequent to the above mentioned visit l once again dropped in to do some shopping and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a cashier named Wendy. She seemed to think she knew me although l had never laid eyes on her. Without going into all the details, she was incredibly rude to me and one of her fellow employees. In fact, l have never experienced that level of rudeness in any retail setting, let alone at London Drugs. A special thank you to Emile, a staff member who helped me and also the very kind asst manager (Natalie?) who called me about the incident. Although l always feel badly when good people have to apologize for the actions of others.

My husband and I are from Vancouver. We visited this London Drugs store on before Christmas, the customer service we received in this London Drugs store was excellent, professional, and so unusual that we had to write a special review of our experience. Our experience at your store was a highlight of our Victoria trip. The young fellow, who is the assistant manager (our receipt shows employee 23905), took exceptional steps to help us with the special services we needed.

We find this especially commendable given the negative effects of the pandemic on all businesses.

There is a wonderful lady working in the photo lab that is amazing, and gives her customers outstanding service! Not only does Gret give great customer service but she goes over and above to make sure your passport photos are done correctly and to the government specifications. I had to write this very well deserved review for Gret because these days great customer service often goes un-noticed and unappreciated! So congratulations Gret on doing such a wonderful job. Congratulations to the London drugs Group for hiring such a stellar example of what great customer service should be. You should be proud that Gret is representing London drugs in such an exemplary way. Kudos to Gret and bravo London Drugs!

One of the best stocked stores I've seen

I want to say a big thank you to Sean Q, Tech at the Computer Tech Department at Colwood Corners, BC. He had the patience of Job fixing my computer problems today. When I arrived I was so stressed out because of my many, many issues. It took a while for him to correct all my problems but his kindness, and help was so appreciated by my husband and I. He is truly a great asset to your store and should be congratulated for a great job, well done.

The computer department here IS incredible. Ryan J. went above and beyond to assess my broken iPhone and order a complete replacement. When it didn't arrive within the time period initially quoted he made sure to follow up with Apple to get my phone sent and then promptly called me to let me know it had arrived. I ended up buying a great demo monitor for an excellent price as well. If you need any legit IPHONE repairs don't go anywhere else in the Westshore! Thank you again Ryan!!

Niko in the photo lab was absolutely amazing!! I showed up yesterday at around 8pm last night not realizing that was when they we're done printing. Niko stayed an extra 20mins late just to assist me with what I needed and answered every question I had.

Everything you need in one place. Excellent warranty on all items sold - and hassle free if / when the warranty is needed.

I come here whenever possible first for anything home related, pharmacy or photo finishing.

If you ever have an issue the management team is great to deal with.

I've never had a bad experience, hence the five star review given.

Service is always good, friendly and kind people working there ready to assist you in every way. The pharmacist's are good and definitely know what they are doing and talking about. The computer department also knows what they are taking about, very reliable people throughout the whole store.

Big thank you to the ladies at the post office, they always deliver friendly and reliable service every time i come. I shipped so many things here within the past year (both domestic and international), and never had any missed deliveries or troubles. I often find myself to drive out of my way to the post office here because of their help

Shooting well beyond their claim of "Nobody does it better"! Although my order was placed online, I needed assistance and follow up for some stuff for an eventual pick up at Colwood Corners in Victoria. Everyone was amazingly helpful at all points of contact; shout out to Dana for following up on the Marcelle promo problem. What a great experience!

This is by far the best Apple based retail experience I have had with owning an Apple MacBook Air & MacBook Pro since 2012.

Had purchased a Macbook pro in June 2018 and had an unevenness when keeping on the table after a year or two. I did not bother to check and blamed the table all the time. But then as years passed, it was over heating as well and the left shift key had issues as well. So I thought to gathered enough courage and knowledge to open it up and try to remove as much dust as I can.

As I open I could see that all the batterries were swollen. Now I got really scared and wanted to change the battery as soon. Contacted "The Mac Pros" as it was out of warranty, and they recommended to check with London Drugs. As I live near Langford, I went online and booked an appointment through Apple website for an appointment at London Drugs Langford location(on Sooke Rd). The staff were very helpful in explaining the problem. I knew that I went past 1-2 weeks after the expiry of my 3 year Apple care plan. So I tried contacting Apple Customer Service to see if they could accommodate this battery repair/replacement under Apple care as the actual issue has been happening for the past year and I only found out abut it now, and it was a big No No.

Told the situation to the London Drug staff and Sean was very helpful and found a program to even cover the cost of the battery replacement + dust clean up inside the macbook pro + replacing the keyboard to solve that issue as well.

I really was going to pay the $300 CAD as Apple said they would not cover it at all, but then Sean told they were able to get it covered under some coverage program and I dont have to pay anything. $0. Not only that I am grateful, I would definitely recommend this London Drugs Computer Service centre to anyone looking to service their Apple computers.

I am extremely happy and really appreciate the way you service the customers.

The computer department here is so incredible! I brought my laptop in for a battery replacement but they found everything else wrong with my computer and replaced my keyboard, trackpad, and fixed a terrible static audio problem with my audio jack. I think they've given fresh legs to my laptop (which was very much due for retirement) for years to come! Major thanks and gratitude to the entirety of the electronics department and especially the technician :)

I am new to beauty products and on Sunday 9 May 21 in the early afternoon I nervously visited the section and was graciously asked by Amelia if I needed assistance. Nervously I said no and built up the courage to ask again. Amelia was amazing and gave me great advice. Largest selection of cameras! I was looking for a specific model and I couldn't find it anywhere but here! The nice lady who helped me out was very informative and made great suggestions for me. The only downside was that the demo cameras weren't charged so I couldn't try them before I made a purchase..
