I had a Large Hot Chocolate to rejuvenate myself on a cold night as I waited to transfer my bus. Looks like this will be my go to Tim Hortons whenever I have to wait a bit to change busses at Colwood Exchange.

Great place to coffee and food. I usually have the breakfast sandwich on a bisket. Sausages,and cheese. It is yummy, and black coffee. I usually take my travel mug,and fill it, so I can drink it while do my buissness. Otherwise I drink Nabob. It tastes great. My favorite coffee.

Came here on a labour's day long weekend and I have to say this is one of the top 5 locations I have ever been to across multiple provinces starting from Quebec to Vancouver Island. The respect and customer service skills of the front staff inside is better than 95% of the Tim's locations I have been too over the 30 years. Kyle was extremely helpful. Whoever the franchisee of this location is treating their employees with respect which the employees will pass on to the customers is doing a great job. Hopefully other franchisee's can distinguish the difference in customer service.

Some staff members here are very kind people. That is why I think it's important for the staff to know that when the staff talk amongst themselves at night their drive thru microphone headset is broadcasting the entire conversation for hours on end on the loud speaker at the drive thru menu. I am only saying this because I believe you all deserve to have private conversations and at the very least be told when your conversations are going to be made public so you can make sure to keep the conversation professional ect.

Walked across from the hotel for a mid-morning coffee. Server was very efficient and patient as we decided on what to order. Customers were moved through the line in a timely manner. Enjoyed the coffee and pastries, comfortable atmosphere.

Solid breakfast place, walking distance from hotel. Sausage breakfast sandwich was great. Open 24 hours, so I was able to have breakfast on “East Coast” time while traveling.

Went through the drive thru today and had the best customer service we have had in a long time. The woman who took our order was exceptional and even put our Boston cream donuts in a box so the chocolate didn’t get rubbed off. Huge shout out to Kat who deserves a raise!!!

As far as Tim’s go, customer service on this one is amazing.

Awesome food, awesome staff!! Tyson at the front desk is such a wicked guy. Always has a smile on his face and a good attitude.great guy, and never hesitates to crack a joke and put a smile on my face. He's the highlight of my morning routine, which is usually just a double double, unless hes working. Great food and great service. I love this location!!!

I order for take out around 4:30 am. This gentleman was handling driver thru as well as walk ins all by himself. I know the feeling of being short staffed but Tyson did pretty awesome job on making my food as well as on customer service!!! Great job Tyson, keep it up brother…:)

Purchase on 10/25/2021@730pm. Incredibly friendly staff in the drive thru! Chicken bacon ranch wrap meal was made by someone who cared and the Wedges were were a perfect level of crispy!
I go to a variety of stores across the lower island and this one provided the best service and product I have ever had from a Tims!

I just want to say that, the lady that takes the orders, KAT, was amazing, she was so polite and just plain nice. She just made everyone in the line-up smile. Thank you kat for making my evening great.

Timmies has gotten me through every period of my life; the French Vanilla almost killed me when I was in high school but that was because i didn't know that three espresso shots was a lot for someone who'd never had espresso shots before; now I just drink their steeped tea and my heart rate is calmer for it

Best coffee in town! Great breakfast sandwiches too. Love the raisin bran muffins. My husband loves the jalapeno bagels when he gets them.
