Spacious and clean store with a nice selection of fruits, vegetables, deli products, fresh seafood and meats. Nice bright pharmacy and a pleasant sitting area to eat. I had a burrito from their Mexican counter and it was fantastic! Massive and tasty...
Choice of vegetables, pork, chicken or beef! 7:99$ folks. Pretty hard to find a deal like that!

This grocery store was spotless! The staff were friendly and approachable. The produce was fresh with lots of choice. Food prices are higher these days but quality and top notch service is what counts.

Place is always stocked well. Store very clean. Service very good. Great selection. The star for me is Delcia. Her tacos and burritos are amazing. Every bite is like visiting South America.
Shout out to Riley from the meat department. Young man, you absolutely nailed every cut I asked of you. Amazing. I took roasts and had them cut into steaks. This young man cut every piece precisely to order. Amazing hand eye coordination and customer service. Job very well done, Riley every piece was perfect. Zero door stoppers. You rock. Have a perfect place for all his hard work. My freezer. Thanks Riley..big fan now.

Excluding parking, which isn’t their fault, the store has a modern and clean interior, staff are friendly and prices are lower than average grocery stores. Would recommend, The security guard at the front is a bit intimidating tho.

I really have to hand it to the clinic at this Save on Foods.

When I found a handful of rusty fish hooks and fillet knives I walked from work to the closest hospital. Went into the clinic at the hospital to an empty waiting room.

I was told that the doctors were all busy today and I could not get a tetanus shot arriving at the Save on Foods Clinic off Sooke Road, literally five minutes to be entered into the system and receive a tetanus shot.
Great work.

Very clean store and well organized. Only issue is with the paid parking but it’s free for the first 90 minutes so it’s fine for a quick in and out trip

Visited the pharmacy at SOF Colwood Corners. Excellent service by physician and short wait 5-10 minutes to fill. Great product knowledge. I'll be shifting from Shoppers to this pharmacy.

Friendly customer service all the time, and variety of products to choose from! Cashier, Dan was super friendly and amazing on his job!

I came in yesterday just for some beans, and on the way to self check out they were giving samples for popcorn. As I was handed the sample over he also gave me a full bag to continue to promote their popcorn station. Really wanted to say thank you, my daughter and I loved the maple cinnamon. Really appreciate your consistent support and genuine work I continue to experience at this save on foods and the one up near Costco. Thanks again.

I believe great service deserves recognition and that we don’t do it often enough. However the staff at this location are all fantastic. I absolutely have to mention a fellow named Gerry.. he always has a smile on his face, always positive energy, greets me by name, remembers topics we discussed on previous visits… AND he is the best bagger in the south west!! It really changes the experience when it comes to paying that grocery bill every week as I’m sure we all feel can be tough.. if it’s not to far out of your way, I recommend come to this location and look for Gerry if you want some positivity to take with you for the day. Thanks Gerry, see you next week!

Love the new Colwood Save-On-Foods! Nicely laid out, well stocked, extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Club priced items really help stretch the shopping dollars. I’ve been fortunate to be in the store at the time bakery staff wheeled a cart full of scrumptious bakery items to choose for FREE as they were nearing Best Buy date. Fabulous perk! Last weekend there was a wonderful musician singing Christmas carols, and the tasting stations throughout the store were amazing. This is my go to store, hands down. Kudos to management and staff for offering an exceptional shopping experience.

only went too the deli and used there dining area to eat lunch and the only constructive criticism I could give them is that the tables were all dirty and the whole 30 min i was there , not one employee even walked past or showed up to clean off the tables and seeing that were living in a pandemic still , I think that should be top priority . Other then that very good customer service and lots of smiles and even the security guard didn’t judge me as i walked in and out the door and most places these days I get looked at like i’m doing something i shouldn’t be when in fact i’m just shopping not stealing or loitering.

Save-On-Foods is gonna be one of my NEWEST FAVORITE stores to shop at!! I loved that they had a bowl of mandarin oranges and a bowl of bananas with a sign " for your Little ones to enjoy a piece of fruit while you shop " my precious babyboy was happy eating his mandarin orange 🥰

Their Mexican Taco bar is fabulous. Fresh and made on the spot at very reasonable price. Their meat department and bakery is heavenly with lots of fresh choices.

I was able to get a very prompt tetanus shot from Christian at the pharmacy when all walk-in clinics were full. He offered gentle and kind service - thanks!

They had everything I was looking for that was not available on my Walmart pick up order. Nice new clean store! Parking is kind of weird though.

Great store. All the staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. Stock is always so well organized.
