A lot of the staff have worked there a long time. A good sign. Fantastic veggie and fruit selection.

We came to Victoria from Alberta for a friends funeral. We really wanted to bring a lot of 4x6 pictures of Ian so that everyone that came for the service was able to pick a photo to take home and remember him. I called Walmart to see if they could get the photos done in a few hours as the funeral was happening that morning. Jen the manager was very kind and made sure to let the photo developer know the situation. The gentleman at the photo centre helped me out with how to crop the photos and how to get the photos developed from my phone. Wonderful service and very appreciated at this difficult time.

I recently tried to order an item from Walmart and kept encountering numerous difficulties. I was becoming *very frustrated* with their system — that is, until a wonderful clerk named 'DEBRA S' — who works at the Langford Walmart — stepped up to the plate and helped me solve the problem! DEBRA did this with a combination of professionalism and cheerfulness! Debra deserves a 'pat on the back'! (And a raise!) It is only because Walmart has clerks like Debra that I keep shopping there!

All that you could want and more. Friendly staff. Secure and comfortable.

Snigdha, who is working in the Technology section at Walmart Langford, was really helpful in picking a prepaid sim for a family visitor. She listened to our needs, analyzed different options for cost effectiveness before recommending one for my relative. She was very friendly and informative as well. This 5 star for Walmart is only for hiring such awesome people. Otherwise this branch of Walmart is frequently out of stock in most items.

I thought it was sooo great how I was way at the very back of the HUGE line up, almost all the way back to the back of the building and an employee saw that I had my baby with me and only diapers and a few outfits and she politely said follow me, then we end up going to the customer service and I was able to purchase my things there instantly. She has no idea how much I truly appreciated this gesture!! 😉😊

I absolutely love the online order grocery/pickup service. They haven't got my order wrong once. 'In and out' in a manner of 10 min max 😁

Went to pick up area for groceries only to wait 10 minutes to be told there was no order. She asked me for the confirmation # on my cell. I don't have a cell & rely on the fact that the order was ready. Excuses were short staff, snow, etc. Came home to discover the email was late. Called 1-800# to someone who barely spoke English. Couldn't issue me a $10 voucher for my inconvenience. Called the store manager & she is giving me a $25 gift card.

Love this store. It is so much nicer than the Uptown location (that one has had updates recent though). Starting with bright white floors, nice layout, not to crowded. Great Garden Centre in the spring through mid summer.

Store is awesome.. No offense but giving Five Stars just because of Riley.. He is the best Customer Service Manager I have ever seen at any Walmart. Always been so helpful. Looks like born to help customers.. Nice experience during clearance sale for Fishing stuff

Bonus point is that McDonald's in the store to enjoy summer drinks and $1 ice cream in this hot day. Air conditioning makes shopping enjoyable 😄

Walmart Langford rocks curbside pickup. It is easy to order online, I get to pick my time and it is already right on time. I have nwver had to wait in the pickup stalls more than 5 minutes. My orders are always correct, and to top it off, the staff have always been super happy and polite. Great customer service. You folks could teach a few other big box stores how to do curbside pickup. Thank you to the awesome staff.

Today I was treated to a nasty customer. Then was lucky to be at Mike's checkout. Friendly and caring .I always get good service at the Langford walmart , however Mike was special.
My only request is more freefree products and more MIKES

I hv been here every week for my day to day grocery requirements. International isle has lot of varieties of Indian food. I m really happy to get Indian brands here in Canada

It wasn't too busy. I got all of the groceries I needed. There were some good deals on things for the kids and some of the regular things we buy. The cashier was very friendly and polite.

What can I say a cheap prices short lines lots of parking can't really say too much about Walmart it's always there lately the shelves have been a little bit bare but everything seems to be there that we need so hey as usual Walmart's good
