I bought my appliances off of you guys because I have always had a good experience. As a contractor I need good communication and Norman from the appliance division did a bang up great job finding me a good deal and he was very knowledgeable as well. Good job Home Depot and Norman. If you need appliances ask for him. He did me a solid. Highly recommend!

ED helped us save thousands dollars for our closet! My husband and I always wanted to go to Langford Home Depot gave ED ( a Asian hardware worker) a big hug and said: thank you in person!! In 2021, My husband wanted update our master room closet by himself, but after I did lots research , the IKEA PAX has reasonable price (4-5 K) for our 4 meters long closet , but Ikea didn’t have pax in the market for last 2 years , others stores will be $ 6-8 K up JUST for closet sliding doors …..So we had been waiting about 8 months the IKEA Pax closet back to the market, during pandemic , still NONE ! We had been visiting or calling lots of local stores for maybe just reasonable closet doors but were all too expensive UNTIL in this late summer, we met ED ( I am so sorry I saw his name tag but I did know his last name) , he gave my husband a excellent and workable idea, buying the sliding doors in Home Depot in the store and rebuilt some frames for support the doors . As the pictures , it all done by my husband and only $700/ set with totally $1400 ( 4 doors ) , our new nice closet looks so great, we also later bought all the closet inside frames from Home Depot about $1500. I couldn’t be more happier with this price and this results! It was not the first time that we had been in Home Depot for asking for our closet and of course we had ideas with customers orders price but not as ED suggested to us . A big thank you to you ED and Home Depot

Went into the Langford store to pick up a few items and look at BBQs. Right away we were greeted by a sales associate, Graham. Wow, what an experience! Graham was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and gave us helpful recommendations based on our needs. He gave us the time to doscuss then made sure to follow up when were ready to make a decision.
The staff at self checkout were extremely helpful and attentive as well.
Overall, an great shopping experience here today. Thank you Graham.

Ordered a mini fridge online and went to pick it up. Little did I know they didn't have this in stock. I spoke to Samantha at customer service who offered me another brand and matched the price!!! It was a bigger and better made fridge. Samantha was sooo helpful and went above and beyond to help me . I would highly recommend doing this store to anyone. Thank you Samantha for your great customer service.

Cheapest hardware store in greater Victoria , the staff are kind, the store is clean, great selection for everything from garden plants to lumber to plumbing to power tools all within a reasonable budget. Overall great store

I was there with my sister and brother in law and family. They picked out a Christmas Tree. It is really nice and the staff was very helpful. I did some shopping around and I must say the staff where very helpful and . It's so nice to go to a place like that and get the kind of service you would expect. Your staff is well trained and helpful no question . Also the ladies at the front tills were very pleasant aswell. Keep up the good work.

Better pricing and more selection for galvanized pipe fittings as compared to CanadianTire.

2022-12-21 UPDATE: I needed to purchase some steel flatbar and angle iron... so I did some comparison shopping. HomeDepot had the best pricing with decnet selection. Lowes had the best selection but pricing was just a bit higher than HomeDepot. CanadianTire had the least amount of selection and the highest prices.

Courteous staff, Knowledgeable of where items are.
And help us is our purchase putting it into the vehicle.

Purchased a Rheem 285 liter 3800 watt electric water heater on Nov 15 2022. In stock and a very competitive price. Replaced the still working 9 yr old GSW water heater w/ the new one the next day. 3/4" copper plumbing w/ soldered joints. Easy install. New 3800w hot water tank works well w/ plenty of hot water for our needs

It's a home Depot what else can I say, it comes with typical home Depot shopping and customer experience

Great place for getting those house renovation items.s that are sometimes hard to find in other stores. Return policy is great so we can return items if we were not able to use them or left over extras from a project.

We recently had an old window replaced - one in a powder room. The entire process from beginning to end was excellent. The original quote was exactly as expected. I received 3 quotes from other competitors and Home Depot was the best priced option. The windows were actually installed earlier than originally anticipated due to a cancellation which was a pleasant surprise. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, and very professional. Their quality of work was beyond my expectations and they cleaned the entire area of work. I would highly recommend Home Depot to anyone looking to have their windows replaced.

Has the best costume service so far compared to other stores. Mostly the staff are knowledgeable and friendly!

Very kind, patient and well informed staff. I brought pictures and a list, with their help I did a new installation for a dishwasher. They had all the tools an parts and pieces I needed to do the plumbing and electrical work, we also got a new faucet.

Went to buy some power tools and a few other things today, staff were very helpful and were able to give me advice on the products I was looking at. Ended up getting some M12 Milwaukee products on sale, great tools! Used them today. Very happy with the products the employees recommended!

It was great! Not only were the two staff members I interacted with very friendly and helpful, but they had the $1/pair of work gloves bin full again. :)
