Visited the store for the first time in a while last weekend and was impressed by the selection and service. Damion immediately offered his help, guiding me through their products to find something new that suited my tastes perfectly. His expertise and friendly approach enhanced my shopping experience significantly.
Kudos to Damion for making my visit memorable. I highly recommend asking for him when you visit.

Amazing variety and helpful staff. Quite a good selection of higher end wines available. Wall coolers are filed with a good selection of beers as well. Store is well laid out. They have a tasting table setup at the front as well but only select times and I was not visiting at one if the available times.

Friendly, helpful staff. Damian is especially knowledgeable if you have a question about hops in beer.

Workers are friendly and help bring the liquor to your car (only if its too heavy for one person to carry). I've gone during busier times and was able to get what I needed and leave. There aren't a lot of checkout counters so be mindful of lines. Decent selection of Asian drinks. Parking lot is a little bit busy but the location itself is busy with a price mart, white spot, blenz and other asian resturants in the area.

Great service and they have a tasting section . Just make sure you go to the Ackroyd store in Richmond.

It has a large decent selection of wines. Price range satisfies all kinds of needs. Always go there.

Has most of what I'm looking for in the Sake section. They have brought in more in recent times. A place to bump into friends :)

Renovations have been done for some time now,store looks great and the bottle return counter is now open 😀as now I don't have to go to the recycling depot.

As always, this place is clean! One time, a customer accidentally dropped a bottle, they quickly put signs and cleaned up the area. They have numerous products! Associates are very helpful and when not busy, even greet you! I like how knowledgable they are on the products or if not, they will call that one guy who know a lot about it to help you out. Keep it up!

Excellent display of customer service! I truly have been impressed with the service rendered by Banti(Not sure if I'm spelling his name right). What a top lad, helping me out through choosing my wines and providing me a crate to carry them back. Best Liquor shop experience in my short-lived alcohol runs. Thank you! Great selection, very busy place

I barely drink, so required help with my purchase. I spoke with 2 employees, both were extremely helpful and nice.

Very well stocked with a lot of diverse options.

Super happy with the staff suggestions. They know their wines! Definitely a great place to find wines from around the world. Beer selection is huge too.

When you drop by BC liquor in Ackroyd, look for Sheldon. He knows his stuff, from beer, wine, whisky, and more!

The staff here is very pleasant to do business with. They are upbeat and this helps to draw in better customers. They have a very wide selection and I would say they must have almost everything there is to drink in this store. I have been surprised to see that they have sales on bottles at times and when it's a few dollars on a bottle that really makes a difference to me. When I see that an item I came in for is on sale I am very pleased and sometimes pick up something extra. They have a variety of singles on ice to pick up near the till and a long wall of cold ciders and beer and a few glass door cold Cabinates to browse and choose from.Please "Like" to show me I am making a difference. Huge inventory, due to the occasion was very busy.

I have always found the staff to be helpful and the prices are better than most privately owned stores. Any place that sells Guinness gets top marks from me. The selection of spirits, wine, and beer is decent from all across the world, providing something for everyone.

Great staff here! They were willing to ship a whisky from a store in Kelowna for pick up at the store in Richmond, BC. At first I thought the person was just saying to please me. Caught me by surprise when he called me a week later telling me it was here!

They definitely went above and beyond for me.
