Safeway Seafair

While this Safeway store is a bit smaller than the average grocery stores these days, they have everything you need. What I like most is their Bakery which has a lot of selection freshly made every morning. Smells amazing. Their Deli and Meats section is also great with a lot of different prepared meals, hot and cold. For those special occasions, they have a fairly large floral section. Finally, I do all my prescriptions at their Pharmacy where I get very friendly service every time . I highly recommend.

Was there the first time on the way to visit my 93 year old mother. I love the bakery and the deli department. I miss going to Safeway. The ones by me out in Surrey closed down unfortunately. You have to watch the prices but that is the same everywhere. The cashier was awesome

Lovely little area, has most of your basic needs all in one place so you don't have yo travel far.

Excellent store. The store is clean, bright, and airy. The products are always compellingly priced. The location is perfect for Seafair & West Richmond residents. I especially love the large selection of store-baked cookies & pastries that just seems to water my mouth every time. Other than that, it's your standard Safeway with all things you'd expect.

Safeway deli is better than superstore and walmart

Ordered food platters for lunchtime office meeting, from Safeway Seafair. Very impressed with presentation and the freshness of the food. Can’t thank the deli staff enough, everything was delicious.

Seafair Safeway is an awesome store ,I was in there today to fix up my new Card , Sean was wonderful to start with , I could tell he was busy , he took the time to get the information I needed & Dillon took over & he was amazing helped through the whole process, service is everything, great store always great staff , thank you

The best grocery store in Richmond, best tenderloin steaks fresh from butcher and best meat from beef to chicken compared to price mart, sav-on ,and freshco, better quality products from meat to bakery, also staff is always nice and helpful, buns and bread from the bakery are very soft, good cakes as well. Best grocery store in Richmond period.

I miss shopping at Safeway 🙁 and really enjoyed my visit here the other day. The bakery was full of interesting treats and the deli had plenty of fresh-made, grab and go items. Love the produce here too. I grabbed a coffee from the in-store Starbucks and just wandered around for a bit getting my shopping done. The store was clean, staff were pleasant and the whole experience reminded me of the friendly neighbourhood grocery stores that I grew up shopping in - not like the awful big box stores we all shop at these days.

S Mehta provided the best customer service experience I have ever had at Safeway. Surgam at the Meat department was helpful, knowledgable and courteous. I will definitely switch from the Granville store to the Seafair store even if it is a bit further for us. Thank-you Surgam!
