As I was browsing around the beauty department, I came across this AMAZING employee working in cosmetics. She has EXCELLENT customer service skills, Friendly demeanour, holds an EXTENSIVE knowledge base, VERY helpful and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile! I can’t wait for my next visit! I know I’ll FINALLY receive the service I’ve been waiting for and that every customer deserves. THANK YOU JADA!!! You REALLY make my shopping experience that much better! 💕💕💕

A big thank you to Pharmacist Annette for her superb service! My husband was out of our home province on business in Vancouver and had no repeats for this specific medication that he suddenly and unexpectedly needed. When I called the Shoppers Drug Mart on 6060 Minoru Blvd. Annette picked up the phone. I was shocked when I found out she was the pharmacist and picked up the phone. This was a busy Saturday! I explained it was a time crunch because my husband had to be on a plane to the USA and only had a few hours to pick up the prescription if she could fill it.

She agreed to fill his prescription if I could reach the doctor and have them fax the prescription directly to her. We pulled it off!

Annette you did it! We are so appreciative and in awe at the lightening speed that you were able to fill his prescription! She even personally called him as soon as it was ready. By the time I called him back he was picking it up and on his way to the airport.

Very patient and took at the time to help us pick gifts out. When there was an issue with our purchase (special deal but going through), they took even more time to make sure it worked, refunding it and working with us to purchase it again in the right way. Great experience

This is our pharmacy and go-to neighborhood store. The pharmacists and techs that work there are always efficient and never fail to have our monthly prescriptions filled and ready for pick up on time. The employees that work at the check-out stands and help at the self-service check-out areas are consistently friendly and helpful as well.

Super friendly staff and very nice store, mostly Cover all my shopping needs. 24 hours open is very convenient. I love to shop in this store, Manager and staff listen to you for problems and they try to solve. I been using this store on weekends. I only hope could bring some ready made food to store, like sandwiches and other stuff.

I remember going here in my childhood — and this place is much, much bigger than I remembered — and wow, this place has a lot of selection. So glad there are self checkouts, too. Got everything I needed in one stop. Just a shame I don't live nearer!

One of the best Shoppers around . The pharmacy staff are all amazing . Freindly helpful and very knowledgable and yes professionable . They take the take to explain all medication precribed to you . Love thier auto refill service , makes it easy to refill any prescibtions . The other store staff are very helpful and freindly too .

Pleasantly surprised when we walked in at 12:30am to find a pharmacist still on staff. He was amazingly helpful to recommend exactly what I needed. The security staff were also very friendly.

I go to Shoppers drugs mart for all my cosmetics needs. This beauty boutique has everything I need and if they don’t carry it, they will help find alternatives or order online for me. I am very happy to hear that Sojin is back at this location as a manager. She is an amazing cosmetician that listens and recommends the best products.

I had purchased a fragrance that was unknowlingly for women after receiving no guidance from the beauty advisor. I came back the next day to exchange and the staff and manager made an exception to the return policy. I’m thankful to the store for standing behind their sale and taking care of the customer. I highly recommend this store.

Friendly staff, great selection of products

I was pretty blown away by the cosmetic selections at this drugstore. It's like the biggest drug store in US on steroid. They have not only the US brands but plenty of European brands which are not available in the stores in US. They also have a high end cosmetic/skincare shop attached to the drugstore for finer selections. I think it's definitely worth a trip if you ever visit Canada!

Love Shoppers! Don't normally,shop here, although I have come in a few late nights to pick up a soda, snack, or some dinner. This is my go-to pharmacy now, I think the team here is amazing! They are super nice, will answer any questions about your health & medication!!
