T&T Supermarket Ora Store

This T&T is smaller than the one at Lansdowne Centre location. However, it is good enough for me to get everything that I needed. They have great selection of live seafood with reasonable price. Also, staff are friendly.

Free indoor parking. You won’t get wet on rainy days (from September to April). However, the parking lot is very confusing. It has 3 zones and only 2 of them are free. The Green zone provides 90 minutes free parking which is closest to the T&T Supermarket. Even though it is free, you still have to register your car plate at the pay station.

This T&T Branch is cozy and the staff is very friendly. They have everything to satisfy every taste. The fish department is always fresh and clean.

T & T Supermarket is connected to Loblaw supermarkets (eg Loblaws, No Frills, SuperValu, Superstore, etc). While the main one in Richmond BC in Lansdowne Centre has their Seafood Bar where they can cook what you buy to eat there, a Starbucks, and Xing Fu Tang bubble tea, the T & T near the Richmond Oval, minus those services, is much less crowded.
Both the upper and lower underground parking entrances are a bit tight so watch the mirrors to see if anyone is coming in the opposite direction. Provider WestPark monitors constantly so be sure to register your licence plate for the free parking.
The pictures are from noon on a Thursday (sorry, I missed aisle 9). Not many fellow shoppers. The store is well laid out and very clean. Interestingly, this chain often has a better selection of Japanese Kit Kats than the local Japanese supermarkets. T & T has good promotions tied to Asian festival times. I would say the non-Asian products/labels, like cheese and dairy, are priced a bit higher than other supermarkets. T & T has a lot of frozen meats that are hard to find elsewhere. They have vegetable seeds, and some are specifically Chinese vegetables.
I saw a number of staff with 'personal shopper' aprons collecting orders. They told me you can order online with a number of options (pick up, express delivery, and mail delivery) so check out the website.
So if you are a Kit Kat hunter, or want a break from the Lansdowne T & T crowds, try this location.
By the way, the Truffle and Mushroom Steamed Bun was delicious and one of the better T&T buns I have had. Very good mushroom flavour with the truffle (oil?) added, at least 2 kinds of mushrooms, I think water chestnut, and at a good price.

Omg what a store. Overwhelming at first but once you adjust to the layout it’s not too bad to navigate. It’s huge like most of the T and T stores. Seafood counter meat counter. Live seafood tanks. Dim sum bar and kitchen serving hot prepared foods. Oh and the bakery with all sorts of pastries desserts and chinese delicacies. A huge vegetable and produce section abounds.
Definitely worth a visit. I recommend orientating oneself before navigating the store.

Store is well organized and clean. It seems a little smaller than the other tnt in Richmond

great place with lots of Asia food: China food, Taiwan food, Japan food, price is a bit higher than the food in Asia , but in good quality and various choice. you should come to see if you love Asia !

Good shopping with fewer people than other T&T because of paid parking. But you get the fee back if you spend over $10.

Great supermarket for anything Asian! The seafood section is fantastic.

Very clean store and the staff are always friendly. A little annoying now that you have to pay for parking first and then claim for the parking money back after spending $10.

Good selection. They have the best licorice olives here, my favorite!

I went in to look for some watch batteries and I was able to find them just fine. This is one of the newer T&T Supermarkets, and the layout is really nice. You can find just about any Asian-themed food here, and the hot premade lunches are fairly decent, too. Store follows COVID-19 protocols, including an automated temperature check at the entrance. Parking is available, but you need to make sure you park in the right section to get the 90min free parking.

A good place for shopping, a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, pastries, and other diverse products. Clean room, friendly staff. Without queues. Perfect place.

This is a great T&T location. Clean, well laid out and carries all kinds of Asian specialty foods. It's one of my favourite places to go grocery shopping in Richmond. The parking lot is a bit tight, but that's just poor building design, not any fault of the store. There is plenty of parking, so just park away from the door, and it should be easy to find a spot.

This is the T&T that I always like to stop by whenever I’m visiting Richmond/Vancouver, it’s the largest T&T available in the area and honestly I can always find what I need in the store.

Nothing would be out of stock on the shelves as the staff are always busy keeping up with the demand. The line can usually get pretty long especially because how busy it gets during evening time/weekends

It is a well organized Asian supermarket. When I visited on Sunday morning, it was not packed and I was able to navigate around. Food selection was amazing, and there are plenty of seating for deli and fast food items. There were ample parking spaces.

Not so busy as the other locations, so easy to get in and out. Great selections and convenient parking. Great location to pick up a meal and drink to eat indoor, or outdoors or visit the Oval for the scenic view.

One of the best locations for T&T, the parking garage is spacious and free to park in. The food quality served here is much better than a lot of the other T&Ts have to offer. The product selection is abundant, and prices aren't unreasonable, especially for the fresh made food.
