Went to Best Buy in Richmond this afternoon for a replacement of my washer and dryer… not only their pricing is competitive (after searching other companies with the same product) but also the sales service is very good. Angela was helping me and she kindly introduced me about the Best Buy 5 years warranty which is amazing as Best Buy will come fix the machine without charge and will give me back the equivalent value of gift card in case the machine can’t be fixed within the time frame. Moreover, Angela also told me to buy the tube from Best Buy to save on delivery charge… overall, it’s a great purchase experience and I hope the same kind of service from their removal and installation teams.

Eddie at the fridge department was super helpful while we were looking for a replacement. With so many options available, he listened to understand our needs and provided suggestions and pros and cons of different options. It was nice to have an expert in store to help us make a decision! Will recommend to friends.

I recently purchased a Samsung fridge, and I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service I received from Eddie in the Appliance section. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism, offering valuable tips and insights during the product selection process. Eddie's expertise and amazing customer service made the entire experience enjoyable. Kudos to Eddie for a job well done!

Wonderful experience buying Samsung phone. Salesman Calvin was an extremely humble person. His attire and polite attitude towards us was so good. He also guided us and helped us in data transfer that took a little longer, but he didn't stress out. 100 % customer satisfaction.

The staff are friendly and helpful. My salute to Ophelia, the lady who works as an Appliance Consultant at Best Buy Richmond. I owe her an apology too as my temper was a little out of control while I went there and exchanged for a product, coz the first one I bought was totally not working although it's brand new. The manager of Best Buy Richmond please send my greatest appreciation to Ophelia as she is so helpful and efficient. She really knows what a good customer service is.

Best Buy has taken precautions to ensure a COVID safe environment.

When we arrived the store was at capacity so we had to wait outside, we were in within 5 minutes.

At the door we were asked by the greeter what we were coming for and directed where to go, I had preplanned and did a online instore pickup.

We went to instore pickup at the back left, gave our email with pickup confirmation and two pieces of ID.

We were in and out within minutes, smooth and easy.

I bought an item in a hurry for mom in YEG (edmonton) airport from BBY Kiosk but mom didnt like it, so I chatted with an customer service online Revanth Kumar A who simply told me to go to store where I met Erica at customer service desk at Bestbuy store here in lansdownemall (Richmond) she understood the situation and was able to track the item and refund it for me. We purchased two TVs and a sound bar from this bestbuy. Han and Milton helped us pick out the proper TVs and sound bar that suited our needs and within our budget.

No exaggeration. This was the best TV purchase experience of my life. These two are friendly,
Courteous, patient, and professional. They really went above the call of duty in ensuring that we aren’t buying something we don’t need and that we were able to get the best deal.

I walked into today wanting a drone and had my mind set on one I found online. Sarthok (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) greeted me right as we walked in the door and helped us. His customer service was exceptional. He went out of his way to compare the quality of different drones and went into depth of finding me the most desirable one for the best price that was in my budget. I’m super stoked to use my DJI Mini 3. Thank you so much for your help today!

I was there around. 7.55 and they did let me pickup my order. That was kind of the team. “Mrinal” from the sales team was very helpful. He helped me to buy a mouse and also assisted me in the best possible way.

The employee Safa from the Apple Section was so incredibly helpful! It was Black Friday sale and everything was hectic, but she had incredible customer service skills. I came in looking to buy gifts within a price range, but no idea what I wanted, and she brought me through so many possibilities and options with so many ideas. Definitely one of the best customer experiences I have ever had!

I had to replace my laptop's hard drive and I wasn't sure whether it was C: drive or D: Drive. I took my laptop to other places where they told me to replace both. However, when I went to the Best Buy, Farid told me to replace only one drive after he performed the diagnostic test. He was very knowledgeable and reliable. Thank You!

I don't usually leave reviews, but wanted to speak about a particular encounter that I had at this store with Colleen, she did an absolutely amazing job that went above and beyond to help me with my needs, I really appreciate that level of service... will definitely be returning :)

Rating employee service and not the store. Was at the Lansdowne store on Black Friday. Great service from Sarthak who took the time - during a busy day - to provide product knowledge and best products that met our needs. High level of knowledge and service from this employee!!! Wonderful experience.

Best Buy. There has to be a better way to acknowledge employees who go above and beyond. Tried the "chat" and the 1-888 number. Both sites gave awful service and information how to recognize an employee.

The gong show that happened on Black Friday night of 2022(Koodo 45/50gig plan) Calvin you & your crew did an awesome job. Even with the issue with my account from switching carries, it took a while but you guys managed to take care of it. I will recommend this Best Buy branch to all my family and friends.

The manager Ishan help me to make an exchange for vacuum. He is very kind and knowledgeable. It was a positive experience overall. I am an old man not good with technology.

The store and the staff is amazing and very friendly. We went all the way from Vancouver to buy speakers as this store had one left and I was amazed the way they helped us.
After buying speakers we were just browsing and the staff that came across was eager and friendly to help us. Really impressed by the friendly staff and service.

Just want to thank Ishan for excellent customer service. I don't know much about dash cam and airpods. He explained everything perfectly. Nice to see Best Buy Richmond hiring quality employees.
