Canadian Tire

This location of Canadian Tire is one of the best location and free parking. They are located independently along with other brand names like Sports Check, Best Buy, Marshals. There is a Starbucks and a LifeLab in the next door. Not to traffic before 3.00 PM. A lot of things in here. Perfect to come and get everything.

Yesterday February 26 2024 I called in for a bin or container for storage with a lid . I had a lovely lady who helped me because I called before hand to asked questions and gave stock numbers of product. She turned out to be a manager I wish I could recall her name she had a few put aside for me to look at. It turns out not right size or deepnest needed so she page and also mention which aisle can find them in. This was around 1pm . What a difference from past experience. excellent service wish I could recall her name thanks found what I needed. Well thank you so appreciated your help

Great service at the auto-service department. Oil change is also done nice and quickly with a fairly complimentary comprehensive inspection that comes with it.

Parking space on the ground floor is quite narrow.

Up in the shop (1st floor or, 2nd floor in American terms), there is a good variety of products and the shop never gets too cramped.

Wish there were self-checkouts for us introverts but not a huge deal.

I was seeking help for razor blades and struggling with the correct blades for my razor model, Leo helped me out and went way beyond his duty to ensure it was the correct razor blades, what an asset to this company!!! I haven't received such amazing service in any Canadian tire store ever before...

I basically found what I wanted on my own. But when I asked for help. Customer service person helped me right away. Very nice...and cashier was great and good to talk to.... but as usual you always end up buy what you didn't go there for. Like this watch for only $9.99!

This Canadian Tire location service department is very efficient. Joe confirmed tires were in stock & put on hold, appointment time was accommodating, installation was fast, and price was exactly as quoted. Best part about this service department is they listen & do not use high pressure sell tactics. Will recommend others and will come again.

Update: Dec. 7, 2023: Went in for new tires on 2017 Toyota Highlander and not sure if wheel alignment was needed. Joe and his technician said the tires were wearing evenly, and a wheel alignment was not needed. Joe and his staff's honesty, integrity, and expertise is why I have been coming to this Canadian Tire Service location at 8277 Ontario St. for 6 years. Honest people!

Automotive Department Store
We came by to check out their Black Friday sales event. I came to see the two household appliances that were advertised and scored excellent buys. Brightly lit aisles and well stocked displays. The microwave oven section was half empty but I managed to find a boxed Cuisinart air fryer convention toaster oven in stock as advertised at 50% off along with an additional $50 discount at the checkout! Wow! I also purchased a magic bullet brand personal blender on sale for $29.95. This place is a wonderful store for incredible buys. I come often to purchase specials from their flyers when there are things we need. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They publish and distribute a flyer every week or every other week depending on the season. This place is advertised as an automotive store but it has so much more to offer with a great selection of housewares, sporting goods and making your home beautiful. Well worth a visit.

HUGE Canadian Tire! Lots of ample parking everywhere and they also have a good selection of live plants at this one but not as good as Cambie. What I really liked about this location is that they have their patio/outdoor furniture setup and on display. This way you can test out the furniture to see if it’s what you were envisioning online. The other CTs don’t really do this so this one was great for that. One thing though is this one doesn’t have any self checkout stations and there was a huge lineup and only one person jumped on to another cashier to help the one cashier for the longest time. I’m a fan of self checkouts for this reason.

Great service at the automotive. Store is also one of the larger Canadian Tire stores with a good range of items.

Canadian Tire handles auto inspections and RIV inspections with expert precision. Comfortable waiting area and convenient indoor parking spaces. Highly recommend their capable and friendly staff and I’ll be coming back for basic auto needs and “guy toys” shopping for sure.

Scosche cell phone magnet holder for the car is extremely good quality. The magnet is much easier and convenient over other products. It’s easy to reposition to eye level, and can hold any phone size. After three months of use when the product was super tight in the socket, I had a small issue by pulling the plug out on an angle too fast. Rather than fixing it, I returned it to the store with my triangle card and exchanged it for a new one. They found my receipt by tracking the purchase date. Very satisfied with service and auto accessories!

Auto Service Department, had my car inspected and certified for good operation for 1 year.

The largest selection of products out of any other Canadian Tire location I've been to. It's very clean and tidy. As it should be for a newer location. Shopping atmosphere is calm and relaxing as a result of how spacious it is. The merchandising methods deployed also helps. Older gentlemen in auto parts is awesome. Knowledgable, kind and direct.

Today, I went to this store to buy some portable BBQ and TENT for our camping and I was so grateful for RJ who assists me all through out. He was so knowledgable about the products and showed an excellent costumer service. I will definitely shop here again and hopefully RJ will be there when I come back. 👍🏻👍🏻

I always visit this location. The staff are helpful, and the auto service department is top-notch. I do most of my household shopping here.
