Highly commendable staff for their genuine kindness and friendly service. They were all made my awe-filled adventure in Vancouver enjoyable. They should train some staff in airports, tour guides and restaurants here in Vancouver how to greet people with a smile😊💚

First time stopping at this location so glad I went in . Great location extremely friendly staff -- just the right amount of items in the store . I went there for the White Spot burger combo deal . OMG so good very friendly counter person explained the deals to me seeing it was first time there . Burger same as the White Spot as advertised --- so delicious . I was surprised of the quick service -- hardly any waiting time and it was freshly made too . Love the idea of M&M foods there too . They have a good selection of many items . Will be going back there for sure as the store is very well stocked --- great location right at the Train and bus station .

Stopped by the other day. Happy to have a convenience store right at the Brighouse Station, I hate walking all the way to Granville's 7-Eleven. It's kind of small, but it makes up for it since it's super convenient. Nice shop, too, since it's brand new.

So nice to have this place around the corner. The owners, and staff are very friendly. Have been there a few times now and will continue to make it a staple stop. There is a good variety and it’s in a very convenient location

I purchased a DIY iced coffee from the machine. The clerk charged me for two large iced coffees instead of one, saying I used the wrong cup so it’s company policy to charge twice.

I used the cup directly under the coffee machine though, and only pressed the coffee button once.

Weird policy to make up charges on the spot to compensate for lack of signage. My mediocre convenience store coffee ended up being more expensive than Starbucks, so I’ll just be going there going forward instead of being added random charges to my bill at their leisure.

Subject: Unfortunate Incident and Customer Service Experience

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred at one of your stores and to express my concerns about the subsequent customer service experience.

On 2020 08 31 while visiting this store, I experienced a distressing incident where a coffee spilled on my face and body due to an employee's accidental movement. Regrettably, the employee exhibited a lack of empathy and failed to acknowledge the pain and discomfort I was going through at the time.

The following day, I called the store in hopes of addressing this issue and seeking assistance. When I requested the manager's name, I was met with a response that raised further concerns for me regarding your company's commitment to customer service. The manager declined to provide their name, citing privacy concerns.

Moreover, during our conversation, the manager seemed to imply that the incident was entirely my fault, which I found both perplexing and upsetting. I would like to emphasize that I had simply visited your establishment to enjoy a cup of coffee and did not anticipate such an unfortunate occurrence.

My discomfort persists, and I have been advised by medical professionals to avoid exposure to sunlight due to the burn on my face. When I inquired about filing a formal complaint with headquarters, the manager suggested that I research the process online. This response, unfortunately, further compounded my dissatisfaction with the level of customer care I received.

I believe that a company as reputable as ON THE RUN should hold itself to the highest standards of customer service and accountability. My experience at this place has left me deeply disappointed, and I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter promptly. I hope that this incident can be resolved to my satisfaction and prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.

Your day shift guy that worked on september 20th 2023 needs an attitude check. Next time he argues with me about anything or makes a comment while im shopping you will have lost my buisness. I will go back to 7 eleven. My tap works at every buisness i go to except yours. So i made a comment that you should get it fixed. Pretty simple right. A simple yes sir well let the owner know is a acceptable response. But your employee decided to argue with me saying my card is the problem and i need to use pin. I have tap so i dont have to use my pin. I dont use pin because of scammers and people who steal your bank info with credit card readers. I take all precautions when it comes to this as we are in a world of fraud these days. So when my tap doesnt work on your POS i dont need your employees arguing with me about it. Your machines clearly arnt working properly. Fix them. And tell your employees to keep there comments to themselves.

I will not shop here absolutely rude staff the only business that will lock your account when you make purchases and when you confront them about this they lie and deny it.

Sad and pathetic they supposedly didn't have change for a $50 bill (sure thing) PLUS the guy was extremely rude about it too. Never again will I give this store business.
