Impressive service from Routes Car Rental, especially Jay, Raj, and their shuttle car driver, Mr. Amarjeet. My wife and I visited for a 4-day trip, booking a Jeep Wrangler. As I didn't have my insurance, they suggested their reasonable insurance at $20+tax for a day and provided a 2023 Kia Forte. We thoroughly enjoyed their service, and the checkout inspection with Raj was remarkably swift. I highly recommend Routes Car Rental for their excellent price, service, and quality.

Paul listened to my needs and he helped me with a couple of upgrades to make my trip more pleasant. I had an issue with my credit card and with his experience and expertise, he gave me options and managed to get it done smoothly. Furthermore, since he has travelled to my desired destination he also helped me to check the road conditions and gave me a couple of heads-up.

Not pushy I was able to use my own insurance no problem with no try to convince me to use there's. The shuttle drivers there and back to he air port 2 days later. Paul was phenomenal from when we walked in the door, to finally seeing us off in our brand new rental Jeep Wrangler.

Paul managed a large amount of customers, very professionally and with a great personality that made him a treat to deal with. He mentioned they were short a staff member but did everything possible to ensure a great transaction.

Setting up the rental was seamless, he got us a great vehicle for a very good price. He also provided local recommendations and I can’t say enough good things about him.

Aditya Gun was wonderful! The whole experience was good. The check-in process was fast. The shuttle arrived quickly at the airport and took us immediately to the airport after we dropped off. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is it's not at the airport and they do ask for a bigger than normal security deposit. However, they document the condition of the car with video before you leave and so there's no possibility of sketchiness, which you can find in other dealerships, even some of the big ones.

Great experience and Paul was so friendly and very very helpful. Will definitely use them again, next time in town.

I was pretty skeptical after looking at all the reviews but it was overall very good experience. Got the car i booked and it was clean and available.
They even dropped us back at the airport.

I put five stars out of five because the price is amazing, Kia Karnival 2020 was in good shape better than what our friends got for triple price from budget ( Unfortunately our friends were scared by these bad reviews here and overpaid). I don't see any problems to come earlier and be in line to save three four hundred bucks versus other rental companies. I don't like people who are leaving their negative reviewes. You want fast service then pay three times more and don't leave bad reviewes herw. I own my hvac budiness and i know Cheap people bring more complains instead of being thankful for their saved bucks. So we are happy with Routes Services and their price tag. Good job guys and shame on these people who indirectly killing businesses that bring competitive advantage for good thankful customers.

The driver helped with luggage and I was happy to tip him. Everything took 30 mins and we are in the airport going back hope.

Great experience while renting a SUV from them. Shuttle was at the airport for pickup within 10 minutes after call. At the pickup /drop off customer service from Sandeep and Raj was excellent. Vehicle was neat and clean I will certainly rent car from them on my next visit to Vancouver.

Adi was very friendly and helpful. Car was great and clean. Pickup process was easy. I wanted to extend and I wasn't able to figure out the online process for that but it was fine. I drove the ford edge, the navigation system display linkup with the phone was amazing and it was good on gas.

Don't go anywhere else. We've used this place several times out in Vancouver Airport. They pick you up and drop you off quickly. Rental rates are very good, and they vehicles are newer and clean. No extra charge for kilometers.

I rented a car from them for a week and got the best deal ever. The pick up was really convenient and did not take very long. The person who attended us, was very patient and took his time to explain everything. Worth mentioning that they have free shuttle service to the airport. We were in a rush to the airport for our flight back but the person who dropped us was so calming and made sure we reached on time. Really happy with the whole experience..
