Real Canadian Superstore No 3 Road

These ginger shots are really good. They are slightly floral and pleasantly spicy. The ginger juice made me feel nice and warm. Very cute decor as well.

I came to do my grocery shopping last night. I often use self serve because I can take my time to bag my stuff, rather the next person's items keep rolling down while putting my food in the bag if I use cashier. Some cashiers are mean to rush you out.

There was a difference in price between the store price and flyer. Miko at the self serve was quickly to help me, he ran around to consult his senior co-worker while keeping attention to other customers that may need his help at the same. He get back to me as soon as he has done with other customers while waiting for his senior associate to come. He knows how to convert kg to lb to find out the price in lbs. Many should know how when they have the training. It is a simple math, but many don't.

A staff named "Miko" who is young, asian guy was really nice and helpful. I can tell he is workhard and deligent person since he was busy with helping customers at a self-counter. I felt sorry to bother him to ask helping me but he was willing to help me with even extra which made my day. I really wanted to say thank you to him, he was still busy to pocus on helping people hard. But luckily I could get his name when he turned around😅. He is a surely good asset of superstore. Thank you Miko, again.

This superstore is so well managed. It’s always clean and organized. Staff actually know where things are. Excellent selection of products that serves the multi ethnic demographic in Vancouver. Also a decent variety of organic and healthier choices (would love to see this section grow). Parking can be a challenge at some hours and traffic in the area is atrocious but the store itself is great!

We also adore the tropical plants coming in and love that they have been thriving for literally decades!

We haven’t used the bathrooms here or had any interactions with customer service so perhaps this isn’t a full picture review - however, we enjoy the shopping experience here (especially compared to other big box stores such as Walmart).

Great super center style market at wholesale prices

Covered car park, store is comfortable to shop at and customers are usually less aggressive with their trolleys.

The store was clean and organized. It had a lot of variety ranging from clothes, food, kitchen appliances, and pharmacy. The staff were nice and friendly.

Ive been driving from Kitsilano in vancouver to get grocerys for 2 or 3 years now!

It is a good place to buy vegetables,meat,groceries, clothes and other things that we need at our home.

They have everything you need at reasonable price. I call this International store

Perfect superstore reasonable for a single or small family if you don't wanna go to Costco. All local and international items available.

The store has improved their selections on food, making its services more diverse for the community.

The apparel shop, Joe Fresh, has bargain clothing.

In a difficult economy, Superstore is always the right place to go in order to save money while getting great food and groceries.

Neat store with lots of cash registers opened. Self check out available. Parking lot is tight and limited space nearby. Sanitizers available at the front of the store with disinfectant wipes for grabs. Plexiglass between cashiers and shoppers. Sometimes long lineups but moves quite quickly.
Update: Even though I went to pick up my PC Express grocery after-hours, Jeffery was able to help sort it out and get all my items with 15mins. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Way to go, Jeffery!

On a weekly basis, I have grocery pickups at Superstore Richmond, manager Pinder is quick and responsible, makes time to connect with customers. James is careful and efficient when helping me to load groceries into the car. Great service from them makes groceries pickup a breeze and thank you.

I am always so pleased with the kind and friendly service at this store. It feels very personal even though it is a giant building. For two years in a row now the store's manager has added a gift card equal to my purchase for a local food bank charity. This shows a very high degree of community responsibility. I look forward to my shopping experience each week. I am always finding high quality food products to purchase for our meals, often with good discounts when on sale.

I had a wonderful customer service experience in this location from specific employee. His name is Stanley from produce section. After I picked up my flash food items and complained about the quality of products, he respectfully agreed and brought fresh products for me to replace the moldy ones. He had a really nice attitude.
