Brilliant! Jacqui and the team went more than the extra mile, they delivered the bed all the way to the Forster district for me! How amazing! I feel like such a winner - I got a super solid bed and mattress for a great price, Jacqui was happy to arrange delivery at a time that worked for me and then she and Paul personally delivered AND fully installed everything. You can't get better than that! 100% five stars, all the way!!

We received great service and advice in store. Made the process easy and without being pressured. Delivery and old mattress pickup was arranged within 2 days and Matt & Matt were on time, helpful and courteous.

I've used removal guys and had numerous large deliveries made in the past and Matt and Matt from bedshed were by a mile the best I've dealt with. Punctual, polite and efficient. 2 queens and a king frames delivered upstairs in record time. Thanks guys

Today I had a delivery and assembly of my new queen size bed ensemble (timber Chelsea bed frame and Sleepmaker mattress) from Bedshed Tuggerah. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent customer service I received from Matt and his mate. They are two great guys, friendly, professional and very helpful. They arrived well within the timeframe quoted to me by the company, assembled the bed frame with great care and efficiency and removed all packing material. This was my second experience of going through bedshed Tuggerah. The first time I dealt with the manager, she was fantastic. This time I dealt with another wonderful lady, she helped me to lower the price of my bed and didn't push me on a sale. I finally chose the bed of my dreams and whilst I had to wait for delivery, Matt and Matt the mattress guys (as they called themselves) did a great job getting it up the stairs and being respectful of my place. Matt and Matt had a great sense of humour and were really easy going, I joked that if the box did fall down I'd take down my positive review and write a scathing one. They laughed taking the joke so well. I wish more delivery people had that sense of humour and were respectful of homes and the people that they were delivering to.
All in all it has been a fantastic experience with this company and I will be back to buy more furniture in the future.

We tried more than 5 stores and more than 50 matresses and finally picked up Insignia in Bedshed - good quality and good price.
Steph gave me the best offer on my first call to them - the best offer of all stores in NSW. Even though I never met her or visit here.
She is kind to help me address my concern, organise the delivery, and make the offer done all the way through.
I felt comfortable talking to her and I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs a good quality matress with a limited budget!
