Great service. Very quick and efficient to clean tables etc.
Very friendly staff.
Cheapest beers in the entrance .
I would highly recommend coming here.

The bar staff were excellent with very high customers sevices. A very well done to them for the quality of standard and dedicated to their job.

Had a few days between hubby's cancer treatments unfortunately he was sick the whole time. Rooms were clean .basic but very clean.the lady cleaning upstairs was lovely and asked us numerous times did we need anything. The bar staff were lovely with one exception a staff member big fella after purchasing a drink and check with bar staff that I could take upstairs to terrace told me I couldn't and it was illegal. But other than that an absolutely beautiful pub.within walking distance to everything in that area. We would definitely stay here again .

The family and I went for lunch today. The food was absolutely delicious and came out very fast. The service was exceptional, the woman that served us was so lovely and on the ball with everything. We will definitely be going back.

Stopped by for a drink with some friends. Great beer selection on tap. Prices are reasonable.
The Lakes Hotel looks great after the refurbishment. Feels really comfortable and inviting inside. We sat in the outdoor area, which was comfortable, and had a wood fire that helped remove the chill from a wet spring evening.
Will come back soon and try the food.

Wow. Ordered two of the Tuesday Night $15 steak specials. Amazing value served with chips, salad and choice of sauce. Perfectly grilled and the diane sauce was delicious. Added creamy garlic prawns to one for $6. Got 5 prawns, yum yum.
Kids had schnitzels and a chicken burger and didn't leave a crumb. Great work Lakes Hotel. Thank you for making a family dinner affordable and not skimping on quality and presentation. Huge ticks.

Reviewing the food only - fantastic Sunday (lamb) roast. Chicken caesar salad is also solid. Would happily eat here again 👍

The rooms were a bit pokey but otherwise, it absolutely served a need and at a great price. The service lady was excellent and looked after our needs. The location was fantastic

Lunch was really lovely, food was tasty and reasonably priced. The place was busy but not overcrowded, easy to talk and be heard. Would definitely go back

Was hesitant to stay above a pub however this place is amazing the room was quiet. All the staff were lovely one in particular went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful very happy with our stay 🥰

Came in on Sunday for food, drinks and a little play on the pokies.
The food was to perfection and service was fantastic.
I need to give a special shout-out to James from the bistro and Sandy from the bar.
James gave amazing customer service taking my order and delivering it.
Sandy definitely goes above and beyond for her customers. Very fast service and yet every time managed to either make me laugh or feel just a little bit special.
Thank you for having such an amazing team, I will definitely return.

Great food and drinks with a beautiful atmosphere.

The bistro is newly renovated and so fresh and vibrant, really fits in with the coastal location. The daily lunch specials are pretty good and run 7days a week, which is unheard of. The food came out super fast and was good serving sizes and tasted pretty good too. All in all working out when we are going back again. The staff were all super helpful, clearing the table really quick and always happy to assist along with a smile.

The food here is amazing, the menu has been re vamped and just wow. Having eaten in good restaurants all over Sydney, I would say this food tastes like it could have been served in any of them. We have been twice over the past few weeks and are never disappointed. The staff are always smiling and helpful even when under pressure. We as locals look forward to our next visit here, my mouth is already watering at the thought of what I can order next time. Well done Lakes!

Never heard of The Entrance in all my travels. What a great town and area. Can't wait to return on a van holiday.
The Lakes Hotel was old Art Deco. So cool. Our room was quiet and clean.
The pub meal was nice and service efficient.
We had a great overnight stay on our travels.

This is our go-to lunch location when we are in The Entrance. The food is always amazing and the staff are really friendly
