Got some difficulties initially to install as I was too gentle. Thanks to the handy and patient customer service team, staying on line helping me out. Finally we hammered them in using a flat timber board. It fits in solid well and looks great in my pool. This is to replace the old ones

How you look after a customer when something goes wrong, says everything about a company. Mr. Pool Man were exceptional !
I had been tracking my parcel (ordered a filter) via Australia Post, could see it moving from warehouse to warehouse but then it never arrived. Tracking advice was to wait up to 10 days as the parcel may still arrive. Still no parcel. Commenced the lost parcel process with Australia post, and was advised to contact sender. I thought.. good one AP, here we go.
I contacted Mr. Pool Man support for assistance, received a response from Lee within two hours that they had followed up with Australia Post, the parcel was damaged in transit...and that they had processed a new order free of charge straight away. The new replacement order arrived the next week.
Incredible assistance.. the response rate was brilliant. Will use these guys again for sure!

Super fast shipping if the product is in stock. Great products (their own brand is equivalent or better). Saves a trip to the pool shop. Great tech too. Wireless pool cleaner robot is awesome and they have an always on testing thingo so you never need to get your arm wet. They must be one of the only pool supplies companies online??? Very good website.

I purchased a filter cartridge. Great price and fast delivery at no cost (my previous supplier wanted a $20 freight charge). It works much better than the old filter and it is half as heavy again - indicating a much better construction and more material in the actual filter element. I am a very happy customer!

Works as advertised!

Trying my first cube. so far so good. crystal clear water. I just drop it in the sock in skimmer basket. bit of a bother to clean out once it gets leaves and stuff on it, so remove to clean / change sock, then replace.

No hassle purchase. Great delivery. Just a few days with full tracking. No hesitation to recommend.

Despite Australia Post managing to lose the consignment somewhere in the bowels of their system, excellent customer service saw another one promptly despatched (Many thanks Luke!) Having now replaced the filter it becomes very apparent how much an old filter slows down the pump efficiency no matter how much it gets cleaned. Great service.

My purchase from Mr. Poolman was as good as it gets. My 4 year old filter cartridge was heavily stained and the water in the pool looked dull. I ordered on line and 4 days later the new cartridge arrived. Within 24 hours my pool was sparkling once again. I will definitely use Mr. Pool Man for future purchases.

Easy to Use - Water TechniX Swim Trainer Pool Fitness Resistance Belt Tether

The trainer looked very flimsy when I opened the packet but when I attached it to the pool fence and to myself it actually surprised me and worked really well. I’d suggest watching a YouTube video on how to use the trainers so you don’t hurt yourself. It is more of a resistance exercise than pool laps so it acts as an extra exercise to my routine. I’m pleased with the product and the delivery was very efficient.

I never use my local pool guy these days. It’s always Mr Pool for everything. Quality gear, delivered quickly to my door at best prices. What’s not to like?

Mr pool man definitely had the best price , my vacuum arrived quickly and works great does the bottom of the pool but also goes up the sides as well highly recommend the pool man for any pool needs .

I am so glad that I decided to order this pool leaf rake (I actually ordered two as I was so confident in the quality of the product). I am used to using one of the bog standard leaf rakes where the mesh is easily damaged my small twigs. The Water TechniX Pro rake has a very strong mesh but is still fine enough to collect small debris. The designer has even included a small plastic tab at the bottom of the mesh that makes it a so easy to shake the leaves etc out ! Fantastic rake with really fast postage.
