a bit more information... The Shelley Beach Golf Club is an absolute gem on the coast. This place is a golfer's paradise. The course is meticulously maintained, with lush greens and breathtaking ocean views around every corner. The staff is friendly, and the clubhouse offers fantastic food and drinks to enjoy after a great round. The coastal setting creates a serene atmosphere, making it an ideal escape from the city hustle. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or a beginner, you'll find the course challenging and enjoyable. It's an unforgettable golfing experience, and most golfers can't wait to return for more rounds at this coastal golf haven. While I do not play golf myself, when just listening to the conversations about the course when in the clubhouse, anyone can get a good idea of what the golfers think about the course.

Lunch with a friend of 30 years at Aqua Restaurant, in the golf club.
Service excellent. Food extra delicious - we chose a number of different seafood entrees and main which we shared. We chatted, had a little wine, ate a little, chatted, ate and sipped a little more, chatted again. It was an escape from from the reality of life.
Oh, and the view... I had requested a table by the window if possible. We sat at the centre of the window, overlooking the golf course and golfers, across to the Norfolk Pines along the edge of brilliantly blue Shelly Beach.
It was a perfect 2 hours.
Did I mention we talked a bit!

Family assembled from Gold Coast Queensland to Central Coast NSW for lunch after baby's Baptism. Food and service was great. Weather was perfect, view from the dining area is gorgeous.

What a great course for someone like who plays off the max. Course was in amazing condition and greens were immaculate. Added bonus of watching a few whales as we played. Clubhouse food was nice and staff very friendly

What a wonderful location to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, beer or a coktail. As you watch the golfer's work up a sweet. Location is great menu looks good and staff are professional.

Delicious meals served by caring, friendly staff like Maria and Shannon. I can highly recommend dining at Aqua for the many culinary delights on the menu at such reasonable prices.

Fine club close to Shelly Beach with a huge balcony where you can eat & take in the scenery. The golf courses is a terrific place to play with some interesting holes & great ocean views. When the wind picks up it can be a difficult layout to navigate but I think this just makes it a better challenge.

Had an awesome meal, I had Barra with a cauliflower salad, looked small but really filled me up. Husband and son had linguine also nice portion size. Great outdoor area, watched the golfers in the sun. Had lovely live music very relaxing....
