Wow! The staff were fantastic. Everyone was so lovely and caring. Due to a mix up over urgent care locations in our area, they were very accommodating to fit me in at short notice. Thank you so much to all the staff involved. You were wonderful.

Without a doubt this is the best medical centre i have been too. All the doctors are excellent and willing to help. The receptionists and nurses cannot do enough for you. The staff make you feel like family. Mark Seymour

This medical practice is extremely professional. while remaining friendly. I have always received great service. And have the utmost trust in my Dr. James Wolstenholm. If he is booked out, I have gone to other Drs in the practice and have always received great treatment and advice.

Dr Quentin at Mingara is just wonderful. Super friendly and very comfortable to talk to.

I was very impressed with my appointment. I was in search for a female GP and one of my mates referred me. Dr Akrawri was fantastic, she listened to me, appeared extremely knowledgeable and has acted very quick in referring me for more tests, which previous GPs from another medical centre have not. I would highly recommend this Medical Centre

My first appointment with Dr Joy Akrawi. Definitely recommend! Was in at my appointment time. She is extremely friendly and informative, very thorough doctor made to feel comfortable from when I met her to the end of my appointment.

My 93yo mother in law saw Dr Joy with an open wound on her leg. Dr Joy was absolutely brilliant and showed compassion conversing with an elderly German speaking client. Dr Joy was very calming and reassuring and we were thrilled with the care given.

I'm a new patient at this practice and found the reception staff very polite and helpful. Relatively short wait time and my new doctor, Dr Joy, was wonderful.

Very friendly staff at reception and all the doctors are caring and listen to us as the patient. You never feel rushed or dismissed by the doctors.

We saw Dr Joy today at Mingara Medical after my son had an accident which required stitches. Dr Joy was outstanding and both dealt with our accident professionally and with so much care. My 5 year old was reassured, calmed and safe in her care.

So happy with my experience! Dr Joy Akrawi is so friendly and kind, I've never felt more comfortable in a Drs office. In the waiting room every other Dr collecting a patient seemed just as friendly! All the staff were smiling which is so refreshing to see in a Medical Clinic. Very glad i've finally found my forever GP!

Today was my first visit to this practice. Staff were friendly and helpful . Dr Joy Akrawi was patient, kind. Makes you feel really comfortable , along with a beautiful smile to make you feel welcome.

Today we saw Dr Joy Akwari with my 4 month old.She was lovely and extremely knowledgeable in paeds. I appreciated she really listened to me and explained her advice with patience. The clinic is clean and organised but not overly clinical.

I started attending Mingara Medical in search for a GP that I can see long term, as I previously would go to bulk bill practices and saw someone different every single appointment. Dr Joy Akrawi has to be one of the friendliest doctors I have ever come across, such a calming nature and the biggest smile every time you see her. Takes the time to explain everything to you. Can’t recommend her more highly! The reception staff are also always so friendly and professional.

Dr Frederik Steyn is very knowledgeable! Performed a very thorough skin check and diagnosed a long term shoulder problem that countless visits to physiotherapist couldn’t do. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Joy is very friendly, bubbly and funny, yet very competent. She has a way to make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend her.
