Bunnings Tuggerah

Always seems to be someone around to help you to to locate and use items at Tuggerah.
Unlike another store who told me at the door which aisle they thought item was in, but
Staff members chatting in various groups too busy to help. I couldn’t find any of the items I had on my lust, but knew they had to be there somewhere. Did not buy one thing. Grrr
Big PLUS for Tuggerah. Bit further to drive, but know there will be Customer Service.

Went to Bunnings with a faulty lawn mower on the 31/1/2024 at 6pm. Excellent service from the service desk and a young man from the garden and lifestyle department. Very helpful plus didn't even have to ask for help to the car.

We purchased a stove from Tuggerah store . It was the best in store service we have had ever. Laura was so helpful, courteous and efficient.. being so close to Xmas she was so busy but that did not stop her from giving us 100%. Also Roy gave us excellent advice. I would no hesitate to recommend Bunnings in the future.

Tara who works in the paint department at Tuggerah is an absolute delight, fantastic service, great knowledge, customer care beyond the normal. If I was still in business I would be offering her a job. Even though Tara was under the pump with customers everywhere, she was able to serve everyone and keep them smiling at the same time.

Store was neat and tidy, friendly team members. The store was well stocked and we found everything we were looking for.

Huge box store and heaven for the DIY enthusiast. In addition to almost any tool you may need, this place also features a little cafe, a playground and kids workshops. They will bring your item to your boot, or to your house, and even have a courtesy rental trailer for those items that won’t fit in the back of the old Subaru. They assist in the design of many DIY projects, and even install on many others. They have a tool hire shop, key cutting, gas swap, paint matching and even pool water testing. It really is a one stop shop!

Thank you to Matt in gardening for putting our heavy purchases in the cart and then putting them in the car for us. Very impressed with the service. I offered a tip but he refused.

Excellent service
I bought combination padlocks for my suitcases.
I didn't know how to set them and I was very nervous about that.
The lady at the pay counter on 17/3/23 night took extra time to set them for me.
I was impressed with her patience and effort to settle my fears and anxiety.
She was great.

Today, we received the best customer service that we have ever had at any bunnings store! I don't even know what department Jen works in, because she helped us with everything! We are doing a renovation of our business premises. Jen went out of her way to answer our many questions and follow-up with other stores to see if there were any returned custom kitchens that would suit our needs. Jen also searched on all the shelves, in a few different departments, as well as out the back. We left with more knowledge, ideas and all the correct brochures to help plan for our project. What an amazing experience! Jen, you deserve a medal. 🙏👌🏻

Great stock when you are looking for something and good service and friendly staff

The plywood I bought was carefully cut into beams and small rectangles for a ramp for my elderly dog. The guy cutting the wood, Cooper was patient, thorough and gave me great advice. I had to go back a few days later with large offcuts and Nathaniel cut my wood beautifully, with a number of inticate smaller rectangles. Both assistants were kind, patient, helpful, polite and thorough. I was very impressed.

Had the best service from Lauren in kitchens. She is super friendly and extremely professional. Would highly recommend her.

Being new to the area we went to Bunnings to pick up a few items.
We were in the bathroom area but couldn't find what we required until a team member by the name of Sharon came along.
The service she provided was absolutely unbelievable, just couldn't help us enough.
At one stage none of us could find what we were looking for so Sharon took the time to find another team member with more knowledge in that area.
What a wonderful experiance never before experianced at a Bunnings store.
