Very happy with the helpful and friendly team that helped us with our recent mobile phone purchase. The manager, John, and a couple of the others happy to answer any questions we had during a couple of visits in the lead up to the decision.

5/5 from Matthew - took the time to show, demo and explain the features of the ASKO machine. Helped with post delivery installation questions and months after delivery, assisted with getting some 'accountability' from ASKO who sadly, are woeful with helping customers out with getting the right approved repairers and also sorting out of dispatch of the required parts. Thank you, Matthew!

Been looking for black microwave, and the Good guy's is my first option check in the internet if they have stock , easy and soon we will get in our new fridge I can't wait. Love shopping there

Went in for a return, March 1st 2023. Excellent service and went through without any hassle, and the product was over 10 weeks old. Will definitely try and buy here as much as possible based on the level of post purchase support.

Walked in straight to a staff member whom I showed photo of stove I was after. Maybe 6 minutes later I was on their dock having it slid into my little hatch back. Fast and friendly. Digital receipt on my phone before I got to my car!

I had been at The Good Guys Tuggerah store a number of times looking at purchasing a certain product but as every time I had been there no one was ever interested in assisting myself or no such thing as customer service.

Well I decided to give it another go with no expectations of leaving the store with any product knowledge or assistance.
While looking at the products I heard this voice asking if I could help and assist with the coffee machines. Thanks to Anup he was able to assist myself with the purchase of a new coffee machine. I was thinking of two possibly options and Anup explained what both machines do and don’t.
I made a purchase of a new Delonghi Coffee machine and was happy with the way Anup helped.

Well done Anup, keep up the good Customer Service and approaching the customers for assistance without that pushy approach. I will be back and dealing with yourself on my future purchases and advising friends & family to deal with yourself.

The good guys are just that “Good” the staff is not pushy. They will give you some space to talk amongst yourselves. There is no pressure to go for the dearest option.

The store has a good selection of items in a good range of brands and price points.

The real beauty of this team is if they do not know something they will find someone who does. Their feedback and opinions on products is earnest and professional.

Without question I am compelled to offer a young salesman that went by the name of Ryan, and a female Manager named Jackie, my 110% complete, and honest appreciation. Their commitment and dedication in the way both Jackie and Ryan, handled my needs, my Lack of knowledge and understanding of a product, while Helping me through different types of features, functions and systems provided by smart televisions, Allowing me understanding, something I didn’t have before I walked into the store .

I can honestly state upon entering the store on my initial arrival I felt quite overwhelmed and apprehensive, I am not tech savvy by any means.

Nearing the end of my experience within this store my apprehension had disappeared completely. No longer was I overwhelmed with the task ahead, This feeling had been replaced with understanding & confidence. Jackie and Ryan, My experience, the service provided by the both of you Will be remembered for a long time, you are both exceptional people with impeccable character. In short I can honestly say if I had people with half of your dedication and genuine, honest and friendly personalities and salesmanship working in a company I owned, not only would I be extremely proud. Recruiting & throughout new traineeships it would be this level of service that Id be aiming for .

I hope you both understand you provided me with the best experience possible under my circumstances. you both excelled, well above & Beyond. I couldn’t have been any more impressed with the way you catered for my circumstances, and this is exactly what employers Should be aiming to see within their employees. when starting this review I never intended for it to end up a full set series of journals, I just cannot express enough how refreshing what an incredible change from the usual Saturday morning employees of large department stores that not only leave you feeling more confused than you were upon entry, but like you have just interrupted them in their own day. Ryan, Jackie thank you from the bottom of my heart, this was the best experience I have ever had in many, many department stores, over 46 years . I will never hesitate to recommend the good guys Tuggerah to my friends and family, But not only the good guys Tuggerah, specifically a kind & Genuine young female manager by the name of Jackie, and a keen and extremely friendly & helpful young salesman, By the name of Ryan.

Excellent customer service from staff who really know their products. Great communication from delivery drivers. Thank you Dan for the care you took with my carpets when removing old fridge (full of water) and when bringing new fridge in. Dan & his buddy deserve a Christmas bonus!

An air conditioner was put aside for me and once paid for by a family member the invoice was emailed to me so I could claim the cash back right away before the claim limits were reached.

Very helpful - made a quick and hassle free transaction.

I purchased a Breville Waffle Maker on the online store for The Good Guys with a free pickup at the Tuggerah store. Within an hour I got an email that the item was ready for pickup. I used the texted link to advise them I was on the way and was at the designated pickup location and was served and with the unit in less than 5x minutes. This is what online shopping is all about!

Bought a cooktop at Good Guys online, and then saw a few days later that the same item was $200 less online. I went into the Tuggerah store and they agreed to price match and refunded the difference. Thanks for excellent customer service!

The adjective GOOD falls short these guys are GREAT, AMAZIING, FANTASTIC and certainly go out of their way for their customers. When faced with an emergency for a 93 year old whose fridge had broken down they moved heaven and earth to get the new one to her as a matter of urgency....can't thank them enough especially JOEL you are the ultimate professional when it comes to your customers!!!! I will never shop anywhere else!!!!

I would like to thank you Good Guys Tuggerah, for a service provided to me through you, I purchased a Dishwasher and a Cooktop, and was installed by the the same person Dave, what an exceptional tradesman he was, happy, and nothing to hard for him, he had problems with both installations, but he just got the job done without any effort, he also cleaned up after himself. He is a credit to your store, and his price is so reasonable for the time and effort he puts in. Thank you Dave.

Just bought hp printer and sometimes with erro, ez return, so nice and friendly people there, always buy home applicants there. Oh, and they do price match, and sometimes even match amazon price 😀 it’s so good get great price and warranty😀
