I love it there! It’s so beautiful and the spa bath is so comfortable!

The views were breathtaking and Jackson was so helpful!

I will definitely be back I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Jackson is really accommodating and polite even when he’s under pressure.

I was a bit apprehensive about staying here due to some of the negative reviews so I asked to see the room before paying and the concierge was very accommodating and we were impressed with what we saw. The room was a modern water view and the view was great! It was close to loads of restaurants and cafes and walking distance to Coles and bottle shops on the waterfront where you can go swimming all day.

Concierge was incredibly helpful and nice, rooms so beautiful, we got an upgrade(!) to a room with a waterview so vibes! My friend loved the airconditioning too 😂❤

Wow the experience we had from the moment we stepped foot into the lobby and was greeted by Tessa was AMAZING !! Her service was fantastic so professional and really accommodating to myself and my Gran. She made our stay the best it could be, so grateful for her service. The room was clean and tidy, the location is just perfect close to everything and stunning views. Couldn’t chose a better place to stay. Thanks again Tessa :)

Had an amazing mid week stay here to get out of Sydney for a few days with my partner and our 2 month old daughter. Beautiful views of the water from our balcony where we watched a lot of sunsets. The apartment is so close to a huge amount of food options below and the room was a little bit older but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Can’t beat the location and the staff were so helpful. Will definitely be back!

This was BY far one of the best hotels in Australia it has a great view and amazing room organisation! I recommend this place The staff are also very kind.

We stayed in the studio with ocean/lake view. Fantastic view of the lake and ocean. Hotel is centrally located, restaurants and cafes are just at the doorstep. There is a park in front of the hotel for the kids and there were some rides as well.

My mother in law and kids stayed there and absolutely loved it!

Had a really pleasant stay at the oaks. The position is perfect as it’s right on the promenade and walking distance to the beach, the river and the restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious, ours had a kitchenette with a cooktop and washing facilities.
Staff were friendly and despite being overrun with people during the peak holiday season were very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay

Their signature is the waterfront playground, proper size pool, lovely outdoor jacuzzi and big rooms. We had a washing machine, dryer and microwave which were very handy. The areas in need of improvement I’d say are cleaning on request (apparently they clean once a week if you stay in a room) and installing a fan for the toilet.

We stayed on a Saturday night and were upgraded to a lake view room. The room was spacious, and very clean, including the bathroom. The hotel is centrally located, plentiful parking and facilities were good, and the bed was very comfortable. The service from the moment we booked by phone, and the reception on arrival was excellent. Tasa was our contact, extremely pleasant and very helpful. The receptionist on the Sunday morning (19/6) was equally pleasant and helpful, and offered some great ideas for local breakfast locations. We were able to book a late checkout. Highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The Absolutely Best place to stay on the Central Coast. Awesome views great family priced accommodation we loved it.
Massive rooms kids loved it.

We have been regular guests at the Oaks for approx. 20 years. In that time we have seen several owners. We stayed last night and a big thank you to Tasa, Bill and Jack for making us feel welcome and obliging in any requests we made. As Discovery Members it was nice to receive a bottle of wine and chocolates upon our arrival. Hotel has received a facelift with internal painting. Also several rooms have walk-in showers

Rooms were clean and spotless with a handy kitchenette. Service was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was good. Parking was plentiful. Prices were reasonable. This is our favourite place to stay whenever we go to The Entrance. We will definitely be going there again and again.

The view is breath taking. Rooms are great. Bed is very comfortable (which is a bonus for me as I have back problems). Bathroom was great. Shower had great water pressure. Very clean and tidy. Right in the middle of all the shops so no need to take car out just walked everywhere. Loved our stay at the Oaks.

Read the reviews on our drive down and was bracing for disappointment… but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, had a great view, spacious bathroom.

More of a studio apartment with a partition rather than a one-bedder, but has everything you need, and the location is great. Even a cute little balcony.

Perfect location, so close to everything, the view from our room was perfect and view from the front of the property - out to sea/beach etc, was magnificent. Loved it! Stayed overnight only, didn't use the other services so wont comment on those - even though the property is a little outdated, the price you pay is for the convenience and the location! Top customer service too.
