McDonald's Tumbi Umbi

Ive been getting alot of hamburgers and cheeseburgers lately that have eff all onion. I want it covered in it. Not 1 or 2 pieces on the whole burger. The burgers are usually just warm enough but taste like they have been sitting for hours. Staff are absolutely wonderful though

It was good like we ordered a full blown meal cause we’re fat fatties and nearly the whole crew came out to deliver our food. It came relatively quick cause we ate so much cause we as big as a boulder and as chubby as CaseOh. Anyways the people there have great service and everyone was staring at us but f them haterssssss

We should have filmed a mukbang ngl but everyone was pissed off at our intense chewing and sipping so we didn’t. Anyways great experience overall 💓💓💓🫶💓💓🫶💓🫶💓💓🫶🫶💓🫶🫶🫣

I was going through drive thru and one of the amazing workers Layla was extremely nice and had amazing customer service. She definitely deserves a pay rise

Bad Maccas, no salt, no ice, kfc could’ve killed cleaned and cooked a chicken in the time it took to get my ice cream
Staff are funny though

One of the more authentic food outlets on the coast :) fast and friendly service. Open 23 hours which is kind of false advertising. Be wary if you want to order at 2am in the morning. They would most likely say they are doing a system update and won't be serve until 3

Great for quick food options on the go. The focus is more on drive through as large orders for dine in took almost 20+ minutes with some items re-requested as they were missed out. The parking is good and accessible for wheelchairs but be careful with cars as nearby kids play with their scooters and bikes in the parking area flouting the rules and pose as a hazard to the visitors.

This has 2 B the best McDonald's of all on the central coast.

Sadly no coffee frappe. No ones fault but that’s all I wanted going through the drive in, which was much slower than usual. Ended up getting a strawberry milk shake and it wasn’t as chilled as it could be nor mixed very well. Either way thank you all for working through covid!

Came in, ordered a burger and removed some things and added others. Initially I realised that it was made wrong. Went back to the counter and the lady was so friendly helpful and apologetic. They added extra onto the new burger for free. I ended up walking out a happy and satisfied customer. Good service.

Good food. The 12ees behind the counter were switched on and everything went well for a change.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s on last Friday (22nd of Jan) around 11 at night. The female drive through staff member is the best one I ever met in Australia so far. She is the one who will say “Welcome to McDonald’s” with passion. Not just “how can I get for ya” without soul.
Beside the good service, the ice latte there is the real coffee tasty. Not like water.

One of the friendliest maccaz around... lovely girl on the front counter ensuring that every customer got a chance to have a great day by her greeting and statement when leaving "have a great day"

Staff at this location are extremely customer focused, even during a rush. Attention to the detail of an order. Got three different coffees yesterday waiting for my car and all of them were spot on and delicious. Thankyou.

Visited McDonald Central Coast minagra imazing professional staff great service delicious breakfast I will do it again

We were waiting in line and a woman walked in with a big bag and started having words with the lady behind the till. She handed the situation over to the manager, who proceeded to apologies profusely. I guess that wasn't enough because the customer kept shaking there head and I could overhear her words were sharp and heated.
This was all over 1 single pathetic hashbrown that they had missed and hadn't put in her GIANT bag of calories that she clearly didn't need. If anything they were probably trying to do you a favour honey, you don't need an extra hash brown.
Anyway.
The manager handled the situation so well, calm and collected, and he kept his emotions in check. I commended him on his work and how well he kept the situation in check.
There was some food we were still waiting on, so he brought it out to us, with a complimentary apple pie and a wink for "the wait."

People are such cows. This is a maccas, I'm not expecting amazing food, and neither should you. Usually I'm expecting my order to be messed up and take a while. What separates good maccas from bad maccas are the people who serve you. Simple stuff like this makes the experience so much better. Well done guys <3

Went through the drive-thru & the experience from ordering to pickup was amazing. With the staff being polite & even smiling was such a wonderful thing to see.
Food was hot & fresh including the chips !

Always hot food. staff never automatically give a drink tray. Always have to ask. How many hands does a person need. To drive a car come on team. Use your eyes.

Staff seemed pretty cheery...happy with the food and service although could have been asked if i was eat in or take away...got served take away and then sat down and read the supplied news paper.

I have visited this store on many different occasions and I think that it is one of the best McDonald's in Australia.There staff is great especially one of the managers named Emily and there food is great.👍👍

The best coffee of any McDonald’s. visited a few days in a row, the same. It had flavour and looked like coffee. I think the other McDonald’s should be trained at Tumbi McDonald’s 🤙
