I’ve bought from E&S twice so far and have been very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. The sales person was very friendly and helpful over the phone. She even sent me a text message with some information that I needed which she didn’t have to do.
Scheduling the delivery was also very easy and flexible. I had to reschedule my delivery twice and they were very accomodating. Delivery guys arrived first thing in the morning and were very quick to install/remove the washing machine. They were also very friendly and professional. On top of exceptional service the delivery and removal was offered free of charge!
Can’t believe I wasn’t an E&S customer earlier!

I have purchased my Sieman's ovens and a Kelvinator fridge in the last couple of months from E&S. I cannot praise this business highly enough. The advice from the salesman in the store was excellent and very personal. The delivery was fast and one of the staff even drove a tray to our house personally which had been misplaced.
I purchased the fridge on line but still received the same brilliant service. The efficient delivery men David and Tate were so efficient and an absolute delight. I will be buying all my appliances from this store from now on.

From initially unsure of our new kitchens need the sales team at E & S Geelong excelled especially (sales team rep Tania) in providing exactly what we required, it was little details and knowledge that made our experience positive, they also delivered at a very competitive price.

Amazing experience from start to finish - online webchat help was fast and helpful, price matching was done without any terms, conditions, or technicalities, loan equipment provided free of charge when permanent item was unavailable, delivery was prompt and the drivers were very kind and helpful.

This is the place for real service and real advice, much more than just a warehouse! These people present a genuine sense of wanting to understand your needs, show you the pitfalls in your plans and deliver quality goods! One word of warning though..... they don't sell rubbish!

Had the best customer service and overall experience. Purchased both a fridge and washing machine from this store. Communication was excellent and if I had a question they'd always answer the phone or reply to an email quickly. Alarna was great to deal with, gave me a price I was happy with and was a breeze to sort out everything with. Delivery was on time and pain-free. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough, if somewhere else had a better price I'd always go into E&S to price match because they are the best to deal with hands down.

We bought a new dryer and oven delivered today. We have purchased from E&S before. Once again we were impressed with their excellent customer service. Nick delivered and took old oven and all the packing. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Parking was easy on the day. Entering the business was easy too. They have more than one entry. As for the staff well, they were all relaxed and made the purchase easy and gave a good explanation of what would take place after the transaction was done. We talked to 4 different staff there and each person had personality and knew their jobs well. Felt like a good environment to work. There was even a little cinema kind of space for the kids to sit and watch a movie we noticed. The layout was easy to understand and navigate around. A nice experience.

We recently purchased a Fisher & Paykel quad door fridge and I must say the whole experience was great.
We had a very patient and informative sales rep who took all our questions and dealt with our numerous ‘change of mind’ decisions with never a moment of us being too difficult. You were so professional and your ‘chatty’ nature felt like we’re were catching up with some old friends.When letting people into your home in can be difficult but you made it so easy. Nothing was too much trouble (even though we had to take the front door off!) and once the installation was done you provided some useful information to ensure the longevity of our appliance.
Sum up of our experience was amazing. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but you are truly amazing. We will be back for sure.

We have been dealing with e&s Geelong for the appliances and plumbing fixtures for our new house. I have to say, this is one of the best e&s stores we have dealt with. They make things easy and their favourite word is yes! Fantastic experience right to delivery.

We bought an oven, Rangehood and cooktop from e&s recently. They have a great range, staff were super helpful and not pushy (thanks Jermaine) and price matched. Held the stuff until we needed it and delivered it quickly when we did.
