Petstock Geelong City

Popped into PetStock (Geelong) this morning for a dog harness. I was pretty clueless with what to buy. Georgia warmly greeted me and gave me relevant information to help me choose a suitable harness. She went above and beyond to serve me, even printing out some info about dog safety in cars. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks Georgia - you have excellent customer service and dog knowledge.

Great staff and all so very helpful. The groomer is fantastic and is always available to trim my dogs nails anytime any day I go there , and she does a fantastic job. , keep up the good work

Amazing and very helpful staff.

I was looking for a product and information because I had a sick fish.
A lovely staff member helped me.
She knew a lot about the 2 breeds of fish I have and she was able to talk me through how to help treat my fish and helped me understand a bit more about my fish that I didn’t understand before.
I didn’t catch her name but because of her I will continue to shop at PETstock Geelong.
Being new to owning a fish it’s wonderful to be able to talk to someone who also owns fish and can share their knowledge.

Visited recently for puppy school and the staff was very nice and helpful towards me and my pup, I think it’s fair to say my dog had fun too.
I remember one time they ran out of my pups food so they pointed me to the nearest pet shop with the food, this is how I know they care for my dog and not just the money.
Definitely recommend by me.

I found the staff to be very helpful and there is a huge range of pet food and accessories. I bought a ThunderShirt for my 3 month old Golden Retriever to help with her separation anxiety. It worked wonders. Well worth the cost.

Great store with great facilities, we needed to come in with our little muddy fur baby that had a great time in the mud and their self serve dog wash was incredibly convenient and affordable, they even provide towels for the ones that don't like the blower! How's that for service! Even after a week later she still smells good from their shampoo! Really great store here.

staff are amazing, always helpful and friendly, nice clean store, good selection and prices. but if you very afraid of birds watch out, there is usually a 'store mascot' parrot hanging about the cashiers (they've ignored me in favour of the staff every time I've been in unless I directly engaged though).

My Pug gets bathed there and its great, Staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful..highly recommend.

The staff are always very lovely and helpful and actually care about the animals they are selling.

Checking that people actually know how to take care of a fish before letting them buy them and kill them in an uncycled or too small tank is something more places need to do. Kudos!

Wow, went in here to get advice on my dogs digging and Shane gave me the best service I have ever received at Pet Stock! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, yet not pushy, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I actually left the place happy, thanks for your great work guys!!

Only a quick visit, so didn't look at the entire store. I was assisted by a friendly guy who quickly helped me find what I was after, suggestions given in a friendly, professional manner. Great shop, wish I had more time to explore the whole shop.

I have always had great experiences at PetStock. The staff usually have answers to my questions and are knowledgeable about the products they stock. I used to buy a lot of aquarium equipment here and was happy with the quality.
Occasionally I have trouble finding super tough chew toys for my dogs, but they get restocked every so often so it's worth checking back.

Love, love, love petstock. Corio is my favourite store but Geelong is great too. Staff are amazing & knowledgeable

I've shopped here a few times now and often I am served by Ruby. She is a credit to the Petstock team and always goes above and beyond to help, Ruby makes me feel like a valued customer and I truly appreciate the effort she puts in to help.

A real pleasure to shop here and the staff are always so knowledgeable and helpful.
