Great staff especially Jenny and Shane , I got amazingly good service.

The service I experienced at this store was second to none. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. The young ladies honestly was what impressed me the most. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fagg’s Mitre 10 to anyone, especially those unfamiliar in the area of general handyman and gardening duties.

I was served by a wonderful young guy in the.paint department. He is very customer focused and a cheerful happy some times singing young. I did make a comment about him before but he hasn't heard anything back. Please pass it on.

Unbelievable service given by a male staff member, in helping me select a small bathroom glass shelf and attaching plaster plugs. And also great coffee & service to finish my shopping.

The staff were so lovely & caring to my elderly father on Sunday afternoon- they got a seat for him & a bottle of cold water, he was feeling lightheaded I think staff member bought themselves! What a good place you shop , great range & customer service so friendly.. will be back .

Excellent Hardware Store. Open-plan design and Very well laid out, and with a good variety of product and well stocked. We need one of these in Werribee. Plus very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely be back.

We visited this morning to look at drawers for the back of our new ute, not expecting to buy, found a young man called Matt so helpful we bought a set, Matt even took them to our car, helped unload the ute so the drawers would fit in, great service Matt.

Very helpful staff were able to quickly locate what I was after.

This is a great hardware store. The service has always been excellent and staff are very helpful. You pay a little more than that other big store (let's leave it nameless) but the service is far better. Plus, if you're a member you get cashback rewards on your purchases which is nice.

Yeah, this store might not be as big as Bunnings but what it lacks in size it makes up for in good stock choices and excellent customer service. Their click and collect during lockdown was particularly efficient. I love their homewares/gift area too.

First time Customer and I was very impressed. The Staff were fantastic from the young woman at the Info desk directing me to what I was looking for to the lovely woman that is ordering me in a product that they don't stock. Very happy and looking forward to returning.

I recently purchased some potting mix from here,I was treated very well all the staff were very easy to speak with and friendly. They have a great range of products in there as well. Nice place good prices and lovely people

Can be difficult to navigate if you don't go very often but I did find a staff member in every other aisle who was willing to bend over backwards to help me find what I needed. (Thank you guys!)

If they don't have what you need they are willing to google it to find where you can get it. I was even offered the extra service of them ringing that specialty store to get my desired item on hold for me so I could go pick it up before it sold out.

It's a nice place for a walk on a rainy day. There is plenty to see to inspire a new project if you like to do some DIY.

I have always receive professional help in this store and highly recommend going. Even if it's just for a curious wonder through the flowers in the nursery.

The staff were great. A lovely young lady came over and asked if I needed anything even though she was obviously already busy. Then when I went to the register there was another very pleasant young lady. I'll be returning

Great range of plants and associated products. Varied selection of outdoor furniture. But most outstanding was the friendly, helpful staff. Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable.
