Shell Coles Express

I cannot complain about the level of customer service at Coles Express in South Geelong. The petrol bowzers are clean and the customer service level is second to none.

Lovely staff, could be open 24/7 if they made the effort.

I rather sit on a thunder box out bush then sit on this germ infested toilet.

They have the worst customer service. My card was declined and I asked them to server the next customer while I look at my account. The lady working there said she can't do hold the transaction when there are 2 systems and was complaining about me to the other customer right in front of me.

Worst service.last friday i went there to buy packet of ciggi around 9:20 but they refused to give me .reason he told that he locked so he can't.opening hours till 10pm. Whats meaning of you open till 10pm and dont want to sell anything.

I refuse to buy fuel or supplies here ever agian after todays disgusting interaction with the "gentleman" behind the counter over a simple misunderstanding over a product special. Pathetic human being.

The bloke selling here is so mean and arrogant. No respect for customers.
