Shout out to Mered who was so kind and friendly to my 4 year old daughter, chatting to her about why she was watering the plants. Trying to install values of kindness to our community and the importance and impact gardening/ caring for plants for my daughter, and you going out of your way to talk to her and then get her a little Bunnings bag was so sweet! Today I went with my 3 yr old grandaughter to purchase plants.
At checkout a beautiful man Goran assisted me. He suggested that my granddaughter use the zapper to checkout, she was estatic and accomplished. He then offer her from his lunch blueberries or raspberries she was so happy.....such a beautiful empathetic man almost like he had an
Epiphany to my sadness tand sorry that I was dealing with.

Had the best experience with Chloe!

Being a novice in painting, I was super thankful when Chloe went above and beyond to help me out😆Her helpful guidance made everything a breeze!

As usual I intended to go and get a cuppla hooks and Velcro. But no, oh no. Came away with four plants, an OZITO cordless mower and whipper snipper, spare batteries, a work belt and yet more new additions to the "have a look at this but buy it anyway!" list!! ☺

Whoever thought of a big green shed with red iconography and staff in aprons is a genius. Greatest, most diverse toolshed on earth - - anywhere you find them, it's the same show! Super helpful staff is a special mention, a constant since I first went to Bunnings in Waurn Ponds for a stickybeak in 2004!

A tourist attraction too? Probably. But for the creative working types, Bunnings is an absolutely essential all day long stopover if you are outfitting a man cave, grappling with a reno, or just need a spanner, a shelf or a whipper snipper. Be warned though, you can spend way more money here than you earnestly budgeted for!

The only thing missing is gin and lamingtons, and some recliners, though they redeem themselves nicely offering a very decent coffee and cake! 🤣

Was looking for red mulch for sale price, was able to load 6 bags into my car and take home, then I was able to come back and collect 6 more bags, thanks for very friendly staff who looked after my mulch while I was dropping off other bags.

This place is amazing. It’s mainly for eating lunch but getting some tools for your house is a second thing to do yum Mr Bunnings

Waurn ponds Bunnings. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick and Molly I ordered a trailer and the one I ordered had a broken tail light Which happens. There wasn’t another trailer available yet Molly and Nick worked together and got me another trailer within a short time. They were both friendly and polite and went well above what you expect Thank you to both Molly and Nick and to Waurn Ponds Bunnings

The Cafe/playground area is great. And I found the young lady serving was friendly and lovely to deal with. I Had an energetic kid and baby, and was great to relax for a bit.

Pretty easy to find what I need. Staff are helpful and friendly. Have managed to easily pick up gardening thanks to how easy it is to shop. Wide range of seeds available.

Went into Waurn Ponds store on Sunday. All I knew was I wanted to make 4 outdoor bench seats to turn my 8 seater outdoor setting into a 12 seater. Young guy Nick was amazing. So helpful and gave me great ideas. Knocked it up today and by no means am I handy but was so unbelievably easy peasy and fun. Thanks so much, I'm super proud. Now to vanish and knock up 3 more.

I went to buy lucky bamboos this afternoon and I'm so grateful for two female staff members who ran to me after I was tripped over by the kerb. Because my knees were too painful that couldn't stand up in the beginning. They ran to me and asked me whether I needed a chair or ice pack. Suddenly, I didn't feel pain at that moment. Thank them! I didn't know their names but I remember one staff member who ran to me first wearing a red uniform and wearing her hair in a bob. Another one with long hair. Thank them and thank Bunnings!

Me and my friend came to pick up a trailer and I must say the staff is really supportive; especially I'd like to express big thanks to Simran who offered us a $20 gift card in return of a slight inconvenience of wait time.

Noah Barwon is a great timber yard employee.

Nice wide isles for my wheelchair and disabled parking right at the front door. Staff are always helpful or will find me someone from the area I'm looking in if I have questions. The plant section has improved dramatically and has an excellent selection of plants, pots turf basically everything you need for your garden...even gnomes! Bunnings has become my go to store for 99% of DYI or fix it items. Haven't checked toilet availability yet, will do that next time. Self service at registers is great also.
