Shout out to Emma who helped me on Sunday, was returning my ring doorbell so I could upgrade it to be 5G compatible. She came and spoke to me and my mum at the ring section. Then went out back to do a little research and came back to us saying that I could switch on the 2.4ghz function on my modem and could use the one I had just returned. I went home Sunday, worked it out and turned it on. Went back today to buy back the doorbell🤦🏽‍♀ and now it’s all set up.
She was so helpful and so lovely. She had experience with what I was going through and was able to help me so much!! Good luck becoming a scientist Emma!!

One of the largest I've seen. Excellent variety of stock - including household appliances, audiovisual hardware, CDs, board games, DVDs, video games, computer hardware and software, headphones, white goods - you name it, they have it! We were asked multiple times if we needed help. Beautifully air-conditioned in the hotter months. Competitive prices. Can't fault them.

All the staff have always been very knowledgable and helpful, but I always try to see Josh for any of my TV, computer or IT issues. He is a wealth of knowledge and has been at JB for many years! Really knows his stuff and will always do everything he can to help with any issues or educate you on a new product.

Great staff here. They go above and beyond to help out in any way. If you need a new phone, I would recommend talking to Lucy she was very helpful and even saved us money on our plan.

I have shopped many times recently at JBHIFI Warnponds, I have been so impressed with the incredible customer service offered by Zander & team, he is attentive, has an incredible memory of previous purchases, works very quickly and offers excellent customer service. Thank you for the very high level of customer service and professionalism. I absolutely look forward to returning to this store.

Was having issues with the Geelong store on a refund for a headset with a common microphone issue. Geelong made me wait an hour and a half until I got so annoyed that I called their phone from the website 6 times with no answer. I also called Waurn Ponds to help me be served by someone. The Waurn Ponds manager rang Andrew the Geelong manager and stayed on the phone with me until I could physically see Andrew.
Unfortunately, Geelong did not apologise and still did not help with the refund.
So I drove 20 minutes to Waurn Ponds to help me again. With 15 minutes, I was walking out the door, fully refunded.
Thank you so much for all your help, Waurn Ponds. I can't tell you how much I appicated everything you guys did as a team to help your customers.

Had a great afternoon shopping for post Christmas shopping and found some great in store deal discounts on music CD's, I used a voucher and the staff were kind to let me know how much I had left on my gift voucher and they wrote the remaining balance on it for me, which was a great idea to. Very friendly staff.

We had some issues with a TV we bought from JB Waurn Ponds. Within a day John had organised with the appliance company to meet warranty obligations and get our TV replaced, including pick-up and drop-off. So refreshing and heart-warming to encounter such authentic customer service. Will buy from John and his staff at every opportunity. Thank you to John and staff.

Walked in on the blk Friday sales it was packed.Was just looking,but really was wanting to buy smart tv,as my TV was 20yrs old. Really just wanted to see colours n what was the difference in the prices? Staff were asking did I need help but it was just about looking.
Keeped ears opened n listen ed. Left i did some looking on line n the next day I asked couple of questions n I bought a new TV. Just need it connected,think I got my wires crossed n had it delivered but didn't book connection 😆Can't wait.
Liked that when in store staff weren't pushy. They let me new they were there if I needed. On the phone the man was great.
So much nicer then some other stores, felt like I couldn't just look.

Really helpful service staff who were friendly good at listening and understanding my needs for new Bluetooth headphones and helped me get a good deal.

I went to buy a laptop and they didn't have what I wanted so the guy offered to call ahead to the nearest (other) JB Hi-Fi store to ask them to hold it for me. It was good customer service and he gave options for payment and an electronic receipt. I'll go there again because their customer service is what I'd hope it to be.

Really appreciated the help from David last Saturday when I was buying a new iPad! He was so friendly and really informative :)

Just want to say a big thank you to the team down at Waurn Ponds who helped us out recently with a sketchy S23 samsung.
My partner and I both bought the same phone and there was a clear difference between the two with one of them running slower than Arnie Grape on ketamine.
After seeing the issue first hand, they replaced the phone on the spot without a hassle.
A big shout out to Noah, Alex, Klinga and Chris. If there was anyone else involved that I have forgotten, forgive me.

This Vac was great value at half price ,[ $199] . I had a Dyson that failed me so I opted for a cheaper one this time and its a Gem.
Gets up the dog hair of the carpet and cleans the tiles & floor boards well.
JB records the warranty with my phone number so it was an easy process.
