He deviously straddled through the aisle like a supple female bird, wandering through a rough, temperate winter forest. 10/10 good time behind closed doors

I give 5 star for cleanliness of floors and shelfs and all OHS protocol. But I give 2 star for customer service. Reason just because a person looks feral you treat them different. GEEZ glad I wasn't asking for a spray can. But in defence of some staff and that's 1 in three. I give you 4, friendly approachable attitude

Vince that works in the paint department is an absolute superstar.
His passionate in what he does, he has amazing customer service and he is always happy to provide some excellent advice.

Great store servicing all of Geelong actually located in Norlane but this warehouse is literally your one stop shop and caters for everything staff are good to deal. with and now that restrictions have eased the crowds are back but because it's so big no problem at all

They seriously need to update their payment locations system... Took me longer to walk around to find an active terminal to pay for the piece of timber I needed .. them I needed to show my receipt to exit the timber area... Why couldn't the exit location have a terminal to accept payment????

Could honestly spend hours in the plant section alone.
Staff were really helpful in pointing me in the right direction when I couldn't find something.
I have always had a positive experience here.

Friendly staff, plenty of parking. Wished that they had parent parking it would make it easier as some people park too close and it's really challenging trying to open the door and get my baby In the car.
They have plenty of products.
When there to get a safety baby gate which is pretty good.

Fantastic customer care and service from Michelle on front desk and Key Cutting. Genuinely great service, and much better than another local 'geelong locksmith' who couldn't cut keys with 2 chances to get it right. Michelle did it first time and was genuinely great!

I was in store today and a wonderful young man named Pat from plumbing was absolutely amazing he went out of his way to help me with everything I needed. He even spoke to my dad over a video call to make sure we got the right stuff.

After having a mediocre experience with our first ever Bunnings delivery and having to go into the store to rectify this picking error, we were lucky enough to have been served by Lainee.
Lainee went above and beyond to get our order sorted. Sourcing us the correct product and organising it to be delivered the next morning. Her rapport and customer service skills far exceeded any other staff member I have encountered at the store.
She is an asset to the company.

Large store. Wide range of stock available. Something for everyone. Good sized garden centre. A few marked down plants around for purchase (the day I went). Friendly service. Good location
