Was served by the most lovely assistant Caitlin yesterday (or the day before). Caitlin helped me out buying a cricut and the associated tools, she was knowledgeable, friendly and a delight to work with. Honestly, such a breath of fresh air. Spotlight is so lucky to have her.

When the online site was not working again l rang and got staff to hold products for me to pick up that day at the Grovedale store. I was served by Paige who was an absolute delight. She wrapped the breakable objects for me and sourced a further product for me even going to the area to make sure they were still in stock and checked the price. It was the best customer service I have ever received from Spotlight.
Hire more like Paige for a great customer experience.

Great selection of items. Store was over flowing with the amount of stuff in the store in comparison to other spotlight stores I’ve visited. So much to see in store that you could easily waste time looking at everything and you will always have many options to choose from.

Went there last weekend to buy sheets and Duvet covers, huge selection and sale on. Recommend. Plenty of parking and cafe adjacent for a coffee.

Love Spotlight and I always utilise the undercover parking, I never have a problem finding a park, compared to the outside parks where there's a risk of car damage. Oh the stairs and the lift are very clean and well maintained.

Looking for showerproof outdoor cushions - Spotlight's range is excellent. And their Christmas novelties are just gorgeous. But it was the amazingly helpful older lady on the checkout who made the experience so good. Helpful 5✨ and done with a smile and delightful manner!!
