The Furniture Shack - Outdoor Furniture Aspley

There are a few outdoor furniture shops in this shopping centre so your choice will most likely come down to style preference.

This store seems to have some attractive options too and seem to be focussed on synthetic wicker ranges.

The quality seems good. To be honest I actually think the outside shopfront of the store let’s this business down because I don’t think that the outside of this store is a good indication of the quality or range that is available inside.

So I recommend you walk in some time and look for yourself. I was permitted to take some photos to add to this review to give you some sense of their range but I think they already have quite a lot of photos on the google review site already :-)

We have bought all of our outdoor furniture from The Furniture Shack. 2 years later it is still beautiful, in perfect condition and comfy. We recently went to complete our set with the Havana bar setting. Can't recommend highly enough the service at Aspley. We were assisted by Chloe, she went out of her way to help me make the right choices, got delivery sorted for 2 days (amazing!) And even answered her phone on her day off to help me. Her service was incredible. Thank you Furniture Shack for you service and quality. It's been an amazing experience each and every time we deal with you.

Thea at Aspley was absolutely wonderful. Friendly and helpful and made the shopping experience a pleasure. Even though the shop was busy with other customers she gave us full attention while reassuring others that she would be with them soon. An absolute asset to the company!

I went in to your Aspley store and it was so busy. Lovely Catherine was excellent and served a few people at the same time. She did a wonderful job and all the customers were very accommodating and we all waited our turn knowing she was going flat out. She was so happy and had a great disposition. Chloe T went that extra mile I searching out a pair of patio chairs. We had already purchased two and were informed by one member of staff. The items were no longer in stock. Haven spoken with Chloe, she sourced what we wanted, even better she arranged delivery. I would certainly seek out Chloe again. She’s a star.

The quality and range of products at The Furniture Shack Aspley is amazing and at great prices too!!! Kylie and her team were fantastic - they were so helpful, and very patient with me while I tried almost every item in the store. They helped me choose wonderful pieces for my outdoor areas. A fantastic place for stylish, modern outdoor furniture. All the pieces we viewed were of a really high quality and anything but boring!

Great service from the team, especially Laura. After many weeks my Teardrop Hanging Chairs arrived. One had wicker hanging out all over the place. Laura went out of her way to help me, as did the other lady (Janet I think) & had it replaced

I cannot fault the customer service at Furniture Shack, Aspley store especially Thea who has gone above and beyond to assist me with dealing with warranty claim with another company. Thea has continue to assist me with the claim, personally getting involved with the other company's representative to ensure that I am 100% happy.

Great variety and lovely staff members- one lady in particular went the extra mile for me, Charlotte I think her name was. She is a credit to your store and it's nice to have a quality customer service experience. Need some new chairs soon (thanks to my dogs), so will be hitting up your store again soon!

The Furniture Shack is one of my favourite places to shop for gorgeous, comfortable and quality furniture. My first purchase was six dining chairs that are so comfortable and look amazing. I also got them at 50% off which was such a great price for a quality product. Next I bought my Bergamo outdoor lounge suite. Its super comfy and 100% outdoors, which means no upkeep for me. Love it!
Since you have been my first choice for cushions, vases, artificial flowers and art work.
The staff are always so helpful and really seem to care about my needs and have always helped me to find the perfect product.

Loved dealing with The furniture shack. Kylie and Jo were so helpful. They helped me put together my view and gave great advice on which products I should (and shouldn't) get. I shopped at the Capalaba store. Bought a pool umbrella and had issues with it past it’s warranty period. Am so thankful to the store manager Julie who has personally invested her time to get the issue sorted for me. Exemplary customer service.
